Located just an 8 minute walk to Sea Street beach and the Pelham House! Just a minute's walk to Woolfie's Bakery, the Cleat & Anchor, Southside Cantina and the CHIP (Chapin's Dennisport) and in the opposite direction you have Wee Packet restaurant and gift shop and Sundae School!

You also have a walking park and tennis/pickle ball courts to enjoy along with the beautiful gardens. Public parking and along the backside many more of Dennisport's beautiful beaches. 10 minute drive to the East Side of Dennis to enjoy the Bay side beaches and more restaurants. Or simply stay at home and enjoy the patio area, barbecue, sit by the fire or in an Adirondack chair enjoying the beauty of the Cape.

Full Kitchen and all the amenities; including refrigerator, gas stove/oven, air fryer/toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker (and Keurig available) and dishwasher.

Large living area(s) with plenty of seating both upstairs and downstairs. Office/Den available with desk and monitor and keypad (USB-C plug in only)

Central Air conditioning is provided throughout the home.

Private backyard with outdoor shower. Plenty of grills (propane and charcoal). Seating area and firepit available.

Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Considerate smoking is allowed outside of the property with proper disposal of all evidence. Please be considerate and dispose of any ashes in the ash bucket available on the patio. And do not place hot ashes in a bag and dispose of inside or outside of the home.

A fireplace does exist inside the home in the living room area. Please do not use the fireplace.

Driveway accommodates 4-5 cars. Please no parking on the lawn or any of the neighbor's lawns. Be respectful.

Self-check-in keypad entry to front/back doors. Please ensure the home is locked while not on the premises.

Security Cameras exist outside of the home pointing in the direction of the street only (driveway & doorbell ring). Use is to ensure no authorized access and safety of all our guests.
