This charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (with sleep sofa) classic Cape Cod cottage is stylishly upscale with fresh decor, neutral modern furnishings plus a tastefully renovated kitchen and bath. The casual patio area offers a gas grill, gas firepit, and dining with seating for 4 ensuring your enjoyment both inside and out! Only 0.4 miles to Inman Road Beach and central to all Dennis Port has to offer! If you would like access to a pool, daily passes are available (for a fee) to the neighboring Bluebird Hotel indoor and outdoor pools.

Salt Cottage is found on a quiet road amidst several other classic, beach-town cottages in Dennis Port. This charmingly updated, traditional Cape Cod cottage has been decorated by Elder and Ash Design Studio. The original, glowing pine paneled walls blend seamlessly with modern amenities, organic textures, and neutral-colored furnishings, creating a serene and comfortable space. 

Upon entering this cottage you find yourself in the living room of a bright and open floorplan. The living room is cozy yet feels spacious and provides comfortable seating focused on a flat-screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace. This inviting living area entices you to curl up with a book for an afternoon or snuggle in for an evening movie. It is comfortable and relaxing, whatever activity you choose. The spacious couch pulls double duty as a Twin-sized sleep sofa.

The living room opens into the combined kitchen and dining space. Along the inside wall of this space are crisp, ocean-blue cabinets surrounding sleek stainless steel appliances, topped with polished white quartzite. There is seating for four at the dining table within easy reach of the workspaces and appliances. Everything you need for preparing meals or just enjoying the local takeout options, all in an efficiently and stylishly designed space. 

Both bedrooms and the shared bathroom open off of the living room as well. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, a wall-mounted flat-screen TV, and plenty of storage space for your belongings. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and ample space for guests to share.

The adjacent bathroom is renovated with modern fixtures and tile, giving the simple cottage bathroom a modern take on the cottage core, while maximizing your convenience.

An exit door off the dining area provides easy access to the side yard where a casual flagstone patio is located. With a gas grill and a table with chairs for 4 people, this unpretentious space is a lovely spot for summer alfresco dining. The on-demand gas firepit and surrounding low chairs (also for 4) are located towards the front of the cottage between the parking area and the side patio. The backyard is partially fenced for a touch of privacy and the outdoor shower can be found on the back of the cottage. Salt Cottage is the mirror of the neighboring Sea Cottage (14 Manning Rd) with the patio and firepit areas adjacent to each other. Offering room for both, but together making them ideal for adjoining groups.

Additional amenities for this home include stellar proximity to Dennis Port restaurants, stores, and beaches. An added value can be found by purchasing and downloading a Resort Pass ($40 for a family of 4) to spend a day at the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub) of the Bluebird, located directly across the quiet road from this home.

Close to the best Cape Cod has to offer, beaches, biking, local shops, activities, and more, the Sea Cottage offers everything you could need for a classic Cape Cod Vacation. 

Guest Welcome Starter Bag Included: Contains 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap and dish soap. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based on marketplace availability).

This home offers Keyless Entry for your convenience.
No Smoking of anything containing tobacco, any other substance, and e-cigarettes, inside or outside of the home.
No Pets are allowed inside or outside the home.
Max parking of cars at the property: 2. No parking on the lawn or anywhere other than the stone driveway

Departure cleaning is included with your reservation at no additional charge. Simply follow our basic check-out instructions at your departure. 
State and local taxes are charged if applicable.  
For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto-billed to your credit card 60 days before arrival.  We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is nonrefundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance. 
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels, and bath mats are included with this home. Please ask our guest specialist for details.  Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows, and a bed cover such as a blanket, quilt, bedspread, etc.
