We needed to find a home to rent for our first vacation with our baby (for her very first vacation) and our furbaby (for her third to The Cape). This house was beyond perfect and even better in person. Kim was a delight to work with, and it was such a dream to find a house close to downtown/center of Dennis and minutes from Mayflower (our favorite beach). House is decorated beautifully and immaculate, you'd think it was just redone/clean minutes before you opened the door! Such a plus to have a fenced in yard with our babies and washer & dryer. And just like all the other reviews say, so great to have such a nice big outdoor shower! Only happy memories were made and we didn't want to leave! show more show less

My family of 6 and my dog stayed here for a week at the end of summer and it was fabulous! The house is spacious and had everything we needed: comfortable bedrooms, kitchen essentials, laundry, a fenced in yard. The deck in the back yard was so nice for outdoor eating, and the grill and fire pit were perfect. We loved the outdoor shower - some of us didn't even use the showers inside! The house is located a 5 minute drive from the beach, which was so convenient. There were plenty of beach supplies: chairs, toys, umbrellas, beach towels, coolers, and even a toddler life jacket - we had everything we needed for fun in the sun. We stayed here with our family (three small boys, my husband and I, and our dog). We had a great time! The location is perfect - close enough to the beaches and some of our favorite restaurants. The house is so unbelievably clean and has all the amenities you could ask for. My boys were thrilled to walk in the door and have fun toys and puzzles to play with! Outdoor shower was a dream and fenced in yard was a must with our dog. When we left my 4 year old asked if we could come back to the same house next year. Highly recommend! An added plus is the Sunday-sunday rental, we didn't sit in traffic :) show more show less

My family and I stayed in this home and we had a fantastic time! The house was the perfect size, so comfortable and has everything you need for a great beach vacation (including an amazing outdoor shower)! Plus, the location can't be beat. Additionally, the owner is very responsive to any questions you may have. We will be staying here again for sure!

This property is perfect. Great location with a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. The owner has everything you need for a Cape vacation. High end beach chairs, beach umbrella, tons of beach towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large, fresh and super clean. The entire property was immaculate. Back deck with BBQ grill is perfect for firing up burgers and hot dogs. Oh, there's also an outdoor shower which came in handy every time we came back from the beach. My family of 6 stayed here for a week last summer. The house was a perfect size and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for getting around the Cape, and the nearby beaches were really nice for our family. We had zero issues, and we will definitely rent here again. My favorite part of the house is probably the outdoor shower!
