The kitchen has an eat-in table for 6 people as does the deck right off the kitchen.

The yard has a new deck with a table, umbrella, gas grill, fire pit and outdoor shower. Central AC and Smart TVs round out the amenities.

Located a 6 minute drive from Mayflower and Corporation beaches on the north side of Dennis. Walk out of the driveway and across the street into Dennis Highlands for golf. Watch the golfers tee off while enjoying a beverage on the large front porch or bird watch from the back deck. Easy walk down to 6A for all Dennis Village has to offer.

    Great Amazing Excellent Vacation!!!

    This property is perfect. Great location with a short drive to some of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape. The owner has everything you need for a Cape vacation. High end beach chairs, beach umbrella, tons of beach towels. Fully equipped kitchen. Bedrooms are large, fresh and super clean. The entire property was immaculate. Back deck with BBQ grill is perfect for firing up burgers and hot dogs. Oh, there's also an outdoor shower which came in handy every time we came back from the beach.     My family of 6 stayed here for a week last summer. The house was a perfect size and had everything we could possibly need. The location is perfect for getting around the Cape, and the nearby beaches were really nice for our family. We had zero issues, and we will definitely rent here again. My favorite part of the house is probably the outdoor shower!

    Having grown up in Dennis, I knew my first vacation home would be back near my beloved Mayflower Beach. Our family had been renting for years near Mayflower so we are well versed in all the area had to offer. We have owned the house for just about two years and immediately renovated the interior including new paint, floors and furniture. We added a large new deck and outdoor shower. We are first time owners of a short term rental, but being renters on the past has hopefully set us up for success. And we are open to all feedback as we enter this adventure! Ask us about the local restaurants, parks, trails and all things ice cream (our favorite)!
