Propane gas grill, outdoor space heater, Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, hard and soft coolers, beach toys, lots of board games, and 4 adult bikes all available for use. All set on a private half acre with plenty of room for horseshoes, bocce, and cornhole.

Washer and Dryer, dishwasher, ice maker. Central air conditioning in all 4 bedrooms, bathrooms, dining room, and kitchen.

Finished basement with couch, TV, cable, and shuffleboard table. New mini splits. Outdoor shower too.

    We have owned a couple houses on the cape since 2018. We live just south of Boston in Milton, MA so we are just a phone call away.

    What is special about this property?
    We think our home is pretty great and we hope you enjoy it also. It has been updated and we use it pretty regularly ourselves because we love going to the cape and relaxing. It's a quiet and safe neighborhood, nearby to bayside beache and good restaurants.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is a great town. Clean. Best beaches, a couple of move theaters, great restaurants.
