Upon entering our home you will find an inviting and spacious floor plan and sun drenched living room that includes a Smart TV and fireplace. Gleaming hardwood floors are throughout with 3 bedrooms that sleep 7. The Master Bedroom includes a queen bed, 2nd Bedroom includes two full beds and the 3rd bedroom a twin bed with trundle all with new mattresses. The modern bathroom on the main level includes a tub, a gorgeous tiled shower, and skylight. Relax and sleep comfortably with Central A/C and stay connected with high speed wifi.

Enjoy the beautifully appointed kitchen which is bright and inviting. It includes brand new stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, a farmer's sink, stunning tile backsplash and gorgeous quartz island. The kitchen comes fully stocked with plates and silverware, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and blender. The dining area includes a table that sits 6 and kitchen island which seats 4.

A finished basement includes an entertainment area with a sectional sofa, Smart TV and board games. A Queen bed, updated 2nd bathroom with a stand-up shower and washer/dryer are all located in the finished basement.

This rental includes a new outdoor shower tucked away for privacy. The fenced in back yard includes an attractive patio with wood firepit and Adirondack chairs, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach and making s'mores. A gas grill, table and umbrella will have you enjoying casual meals outdoors. Convenient to all that Dennis Port has to offer....gorgeous beaches, mini-golf, Sundae School ice cream, and your favorite restaurants.

Our rental is a .6 mile walk to Haigis Beach, and also close to Glendon Road, South Village and West Dennis Beaches. This rental includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, sand toys, cooler and buggy to transport all that you'll need for the perfect day at the beach. Beach towels included.
