Welcome to the Sandy Toes cottage! This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom classic Cape Cod cottage features modern furnishings, enticing colorful accents, upscale decor and numerous outdoor areas to enjoy including a gas firepit with surrounding seating and an outdoor dining set near the gas grill. Additionally, Sandy Toes is only 0.4 miles to Inman Road Beach and central to all Dennis Port has to offer! If you would like access to a pool, daily passes are available (for a fee) to the neighboring Bluebird Hotel indoor and outdoor pools.

Sandy Toes can be found at the end of a quiet road lined with classic, beach-town cottages in Dennis Port. This traditional Cape Cod cottage has been seamlessly updated by Elder and Ash Design Studio to create a comfortable space with modern amenities all encased within original, glowing pine paneling.
Enter the warm and welcoming cottage to find an expansive open floorplan that allows for a vacation filled with memories of time spent together. The living room provides comfortable seating focused around a flat-screen TV that is mounted above the gas fireplace. Read a book in the daylight or cozy up for a movie at night - either activity is supported in this relaxing living space.
Past the living room, you find the conveniently open kitchen and dining space accented by sleek stainless steel appliances surrounded by a bright cobalt blue hue. There is seating for four at the dining table and proximity to the kitchen for easy access to anything you need during meals. Do as much or as little meal preparation as you desire - all can be efficiently performed in this space! If wanting to dine al fresco during your stay, there is a door leading to the outside patio with a dining table and seating for four.
Walking back toward the entry, you will find the two bedrooms and the bathroom conveniently next to each other on the other side of the home. Bedroom #1 offers a king-sized bed, flat-screen TV and remote work space so you can really make yourself at home. Bedroom #2 features two twin-sized beds and plenty of storage. The adjacent bathroom truly sparkles with its minimalist fixtures, glass-enclosed shower stall, and moss green tiling.
Outside the home, you will find an on-demand gas firepit surrounded by seating for 4 located towards the front of the cottage between the parking area and the side patio. The yard of this cottage is partially fenced on two sides (an amenity unique to Sandy Toes as it is at the end of the road) for a touch of privacy and the fully enclosed outdoor shower can be found on the back of the cottage.
Additional amenities for this home include stellar proximity to Dennis Port restaurants, stores, and beaches. An added value can be found by purchasing and downloading a Resort Pass ($40 per day for a family of 4) to spend a day at the indoor and outdoor pools (and hot tub) of the Bluebird, located directly across the quiet road from this home.

With all NEVR properties, we think of the little things to make your vacation special. Our Guest Welcome Bag contains 1 roll of toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, 1 trash bag, a sponge, and a starter amount of bar soap and dish soap. A few locally sourced snacks are included as well (subject to change based marketplace availability).

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto-billed to your credit card 60 days before arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
