Welcome to the Meander! A cozy beach cottage that is walkable to several Dennisport restaurants, shops, and beaches (less than 15 min walk). Private backyard safe for kids to run around and play. Outdoor shower to use after a day at the beach. Grill on the back patio and eat s'mores by the fire pit at night.

Two bedroom, one bath cottage with spacious open kitchen dining room with vaulted ceilings and a living room attached. The front of the house has a deck with a table for 4 and a lounge chair. The private backyard has a patio with an outdoor table that seats 6, grill, fire pit, outdoor shower, and clothesline. There is parking for two cars in a shared driveway with the neighbors in front of the cottage. Self-check in with digital code for keypad on front door.

Queen size bed, two closets, dresser, washer/dryer. Linens are included (sheets, towels).

Three-quarter bathroom with shower and basic amenities, including towels, hand soap, and hairdryer.
KITCHEN
Granite countertops and stool seating. All the kitchen tools including coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven, blender, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc., and cleaning supplies you need.
DINING ROOM
Expandable table that seats up to 6 people. Hutch contains additional serving trays, bowls, wine and margarita glasses.
LIVING ROOM
Cozy sitting room with smart TV and board games for indoor family time. Couch converts into double bed.
FRONT PORCH AND DRIVEWAY
Large front porch with dining furniture for 4 and lounge chair. Two parking spots in shared driveway.
BACKYARD AND PATIO
Private backyard with patio, dining furniture for 6, Adirondack chairs, grill, fire pit, and outdoor shower. Cafe lights above the dining table provide light at night.
TEMPERATURE CONTROL
New electric heat pumps, located in the primary bedroom and the living room, provide air conditioning and heat throughout the cottage.
