If you prefer fresh water, Scargo Lake - directly across the street - offers crystal-clear water, perfect for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing.

After a day in the sun, return home to your own little oasis. The cottage’s large yard is the perfect place to unwind. Have a cocktail in the lawn or rinse off the day in the large outdoor shower - a quintessential Cape experience.

If you feel like staying in, the large picnic table and outdoor grill offer the perfect opportunity for a backyard barbecue. As does the newly updated cottage kitchen, stocked with everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal. While prepping dinner, open up the antique casement window that connects the kitchen to the screened-in porch. Unique and charming, it creates the perfect setting for pre-dinner cocktails. Speakers throughout the house let you easily connect and set the mood with your favorite music.

- A Cape vacation wouldn’t be complete without great outdoor space. The private yard is surrounded by trees, creating a peaceful retreat. Enjoy the sunny screened-in porch, luxurious outdoor shower, picnic table and grill. Additionally, local wildlife—including deer, bunnies, and an osprey couple—add a natural charm to the space.
