The home has 2 full baths, 4 bedrooms, a large fully equipped kitchen with a spacious dining area and a lovely sun room overlooking the ocean. The home is located on a quiet beach street with low traffic. There is a beautiful gazebo in the backyard with quality furnishings. It also offers a gas grill and outdoor furniture for those summer barbecues! Many nice amenities at this rental include washer/dryer, wifi and a nice enclosed outside shower. Non-refundable $250.00 fee (includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance) plus applicable state and local taxes. Linens not provided. Guests may rent linens or bring their own.
