We have owned the home at 6 Dr Bottero Rd in Dennis since 1997. We it as a small cottage in need of repair. We ended up taking the original structure down and building it new. We have used it as a rental property since we bought it. We have had many repeat renters over the years. Some of our renters have been returning for 25 years. It's a one-of-a kind property tucked into the dunes on Cape Cod Bay. We have a full scale building company so if there are any emergency repairs or work needed we can respond with immediate service 24/7 minimizing any down time for the tenants.

It one of the oldest Theatres in the country and a Nationally recognized Playhouse. The beaches are highly desirable and the two municipal golf courses are ranked the best in the state. It has much to offer for all ages. Easy access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail, wonderful restaurants, and the scenic Old King's Highway along Rt 6A.
