Our home is a 200 year old traditional half cape which has been updated with modern amenities and beautiful private yard. Perfect for families who want to take advantage of the amazing bay side beaches.

The house has 4 bedrooms (including one office with a futon); two full baths; washer dryer. Central Air on the second floor, and AC units on the first floor. Also has a pullout couch in a cozy area on the second floor to house additional sleeping. Kitchen is fully stocked and Garage has plenty of chairs, bikes and beach toys for your use. The best part of the house is the screen in porch with a table and chairs for breakfast time and all day reading and chats.

Enjoy the expansive back yard with plenty of room for games and fun. Cook on the grill and enjoy the fire pit after a long day at the private beach.

Just steps to your private boardwalk and white, sandy beach on the bay side where you can enjoy the tides. On low tide, you can walk for miles. Enjoy the amazing sunsets!
