This was our first time staying at Matt's house. It was a last-minute trip, so we didn't have time to visit the property beforehand to make sure it met our usual standards—cleanliness, no smells, and overall comfort. We relied on the photos and reassured ourselves that it would only be a few days' stay. And let's just say—we are VERY picky.

Communication with Matthew was phenomenal: timely, clear, professional, and to the point.

We arrived after dark, but the light left on for us outside was such a thoughtful touch and immediately made us feel welcome. When we stepped inside, we were genuinely impressed. The house is new, airy, immaculate, and beautifully designed with thoughtful decor throughout. The open-concept kitchen is stunning, featuring a gorgeous, functional island; brand-new, spotless appliances; and tasteful decor that creates a sense of calm and serenity. The lighting design throughout the home is exceptional.

The furnishings are comfortable, and the entire home is spotless—with absolutely no odors of any kind. The main bedroom is spacious, and the bedding feels luxurious. The king bed, complete with linens provided, is wonderfully comfortable. Every detail seems to have been carefully considered—plenty of extra towels, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The screened sunroom and the outdoor shower, with both overhead and handheld options, were delightful. We didn't get the weather to enjoy the fire pit, but this house was the perfect place to feel comfortable and at home during a storm.

The House Manual was comprehensive and helpful, covering everything a guest might want to know. It also included great recommendations for restaurants and local beaches.

The home is in a lovely, walkable neighborhood with friendly neighbors and quiet streets, just a short drive from the bayside beaches where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets.

If I could make one small suggestion, it would be to add a handheld shower wand in the main bathroom. That addition would make this place absolutely perfect—especially on days when the weather keeps you inside. show more show less

This house is excellent! You can really tell that the host has put a lot of time and effort into making this place the ideal Cape getaway.

The neighborhood is so warm and inviting! It's super close to fantastic beaches, restaurants, and great shopping. I must've waved at every neighbor I walked by—they were all incredibly

The host was super friendly and really made the whole renting experience a breeze! It was so easy and stress-free!

I could not write a more glowing review of this property. The thought the host put into making sure every need was met was evident throughout our stay. The property itself was meticulously clean; the beds, linens, and furniture extremely comfortable with a "high end" feel.
We felt the property was very well located for what we planned to do for the week and our destinations all were within a 20-25 minute drive! There are some great restaurants in the area (Marshside was a favorite) and just a short drive to multiple beaches. The sunsets at Mayflower were stunning .
If you are looking to stay in the area, I highly recommend this property. The host was very easy to communicate with and always responded promptly. We hope to make this trip a new annual family tradition! show more show less
