It also has a custom dinette with an electronic lift that easily converts into another bed with privacy curtains. There is also a pull out couch available. The kitchen has a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator with a high top dining set. The bathroom and shower areas are separate from each other.

The outside has a large gazebo with furniture, wireless internet and a ceiling fan. There is parking for 2 vehicles on the property. The cottage is approximately 600 feet from the ocean with deeded private beaches (GrandMa's beach) to enjoy. Load the beach buggy with chairs, blankets an umbrella and cooler and your on the beach in minutes. The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and shaded. Perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

The cottage comes equipped with a grill and beach chairs as well. SAV has a shuffleboard, basketball, and volleyball court, as well as a playfield and small lake. Great kid & bike friendly neighborhood.
