Welcome to our beloved Cape Cod home—built in 1955 and cherished by our family since 1977. Over the years, we’ve lovingly updated the space while preserving its authentic cottage charm. Nearly all the improvements have been done by hand, and with heart, making this a truly special place to unwind and make memories.

We’re located just a 3-minute walk to beautiful Harbor View Beach where the sandy tidal flats make it a great place for children to safely play . You can easily head out for a morning swim, spend the day lounging in the sun, or catch a stunning sunset—no parking hassles, just grab your towel and go. Also within a short walk is the award-winning Harbor Side Café (“Best Outdoor Seafood Dining” — Cape Cod Times) and Harbor Side Marina.

Inside, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed for ultimate comfort. The cozy TV room features a new reclining sofa, and the living room offers a fresh couch and swivel chairs for relaxing with family or friends. The dining room has been recently redecorated, and the kitchen now features a new tile floor. We also just built a classic Cape Cod outdoor shower—perfect after a day at the beach.<br /> <br /> In the evenings, unwind on the brand new composite deck with a glass of wine, taking in the peaceful bay views and incredible sunsets.
