Hello my name is Sarah and I have been working in the short term rental business for some time, with other businesses. Last year I rented my home to family and friends. I enjoy caring for the needs of my guests. I have a business and project management background and am a graduate of Bentley University. I have three adult daughters whom I frequently spend time with. We enjoy shopping, luncheon, the beach and traveling. I like to refinish furniture, paint in water color, bicycling and taking hikes on the Cape Cod Rail trail. What is special about this property?
My property is unique because of the wide open spaces on the interior and the exterior of the home. The dining room has plenty of room for a large group. The great room has sky lights and lots of windows for an open airy feeling. The main bathroom has been recently renovated and has a tub and new large light up mirror. The deck is a great place to relax after a beach day. There are three bedrooms. The Primary bedroom has an en-suite. The Primary has a queen, second has a queen and third has two twin beds. There is also a sleeper sofa which can accommodate two people. I provide the linens, beach chairs and one Kayak, all with no additional fees. There is a coffee station with Keurig, coffee, tea etc. The dry bar has stem ware for cocktails. The grounds contain many pretty trees and flowers which bloom all summer long. The home is 1.4 miles from Sea St beach. The ''Cape Escape'' home is a relaxing oasis to enjoy in the summer. I believe my home will be an exceptional place to enjoy your next vacation. I will also have a binder which provides a list of local restaurants, activities, etc. in the area.
What is special about your town?
Dennis has 18 beautiful beaches which are all unique in their own way. Dennis is one of a few towns with coastlines on the Nantucket Sound and the Bayside. The Nantucket Sound beaches are very enjoyable, especially West Dennis Beach. The Bay side beaches are beautiful and are especially good for small children. Dennis has the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is about three miles away. Many people ride bicycles but also run or walk. There are 26 pickleball courts in town. There are also tennis courts. There are three golf courses 4 miles away. The Cape Playhouse is one of the oldest professional summer theaters in the U.S., and it has hosted big-name actors for nearly a century. Nearby, the Cape Cinema is known for its huge mural ceiling and indie/foreign films. Dennis Village boasts world class restaurants, cafe''s, pizza shops, bakeries, coffee shops, a wine bar, a grocery and liquor store, an ice cream shop, a myriad of small gift and clothing shops, galleries, and an active village green and playground. Dennis Port is quant and has restaurants, bakery, pizza shop, gift shops and an ice cream shop. Compared to places like Hyannis or Provincetown, Dennis tends to be less crowded and more low-key, especially outside peak summer weeks. Dennis is an all American town which is very safe and beautiful.
