    We stayed at this very nice cottage for a week in August! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed including towels, linens and beach accessories. The house was welcoming, decorated nicely and very clean. Everyone slept great as well, the furniture was very comfortable! The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, great for stargazing! We loved having access to the pond for fishing and kayaking! We had an amazing vacation and would definitely stay here again!

    Great start to the summer!

    We stayed at this adorable cottage the first week of July. Colleen was easy to work with and responsive. There was no one renting before us so we were able to do a Friday - Friday rental which was perfect for beating the 4th traffic. House was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for the beach, including towels. We are a family of 5 - 3 teen boys and the space was fine, one slept in the sun room and said the day bed was very comfortable. House is in a good location to escape the bustle of Dennis on the 4th week. Kids enjoyed the kayaks and access to the pond at the end of the street.     My husband and I both grew up in the Dennis and Yarmouth area, and owning a home on Cape Cod was always a dream of ours. For the past 15 years, this cottage has been our family's special place where we've spent summers making memories with our two children and enjoying everything the Cape has to offer.

    Because this has always been our second home, not just a rental property, we've cared for it with great pride and attention to detail. We hope you'll find it to be a comfortable, welcoming retreat with all the conveniences needed for a relaxing and memorable Cape Cod vacation.
