Main bedroom has queen bed, closet and dresser.
Second bedroom can sleep 4 with a bunk bed and a single twin with pullout trundle, also includes a dresser and closet.

Living room is furnished with a couch (which can convert to a queen size sleeper) and 2 oversized armchairs. The living room has a smart tv which you can connect to your streaming services during your stay.

Bedding and towels are supplied.

Eat in fully equipped kitchen with new stainless-steel refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher, coffee maker that can be used with coffee pods or whole pot coffee. You only need to supply your own food,

Brand new washer and dryer off of the kitchen.

Sunroom off of the kitchen where you can sit and enjoy your morning cup of coffee. This opens out to a newly built patio with built in fire pit, outdoor dining table with 6 chairs and umbrella along with gas grill for outdoor barbeque.

Come back from the beach and shower off in the outdoor shower off of the patio.
