This home is loved and cared for by Dawn and Tanya, two owners who bring very different — but equally genuine — connections to Cape Cod.

Tanya's relationship with the Cape runs deep, beginning quite literally before she was born. She spent summers in Dennisport, with Sea Street Beach, the Sundae School, go-karts and trampolines serving as cherished constants each summer. Her parents now live just a few miles away in East Dennis, and for Tanya, this corner of the Cape has always been her happy place.

Dawn's love for the Cape came a little later, but no less completely. Growing up in Wichita, Kansas, she had never experienced anything quite like it — until her first visit in 2006, when she fell for it immediately and never looked back.

Together, Dawn and Tanya were thrilled to purchase this home in January and have poured real care and enthusiasm into updating it and preparing it for their guests. When you stay here, you are in good hands — this home belongs to two people who genuinely love the Cape and want you to experience it with your friends and family!
