Walk to Beach & Swan River – Perfect Family Getaway

This is a family cottage with ownership dating back to 1954. As a 3rd generation family member I am looking to rent to other families looking to enjoy what the Cape has to offer. I spent my childhood at this cottage and it has seen its share of family events, hoping it can make some for others. I am local to area in South Yarmouth and will make sure the cottage is ready for those renting and can provide guidance on things to do and place to go.

What is special about this property?
Walking or biking to the beach is a real joy (and right of passage) and South Village Beach with the Swan River is a well kept secret. The river provides hours of enjoyment and its an easy hundred yard (or so) walk out to the sand bars when the tide is out. West Dennis is also easily accessible, and a great spot for long walks on the beach (even better when they stop collecting parking fees). When back at the cottage bring your smore's accessories and make some memories around the fire pit.

What is special about your town?
West Denis is centrally located on the Cape and near just about everything (Hyannis, plenty of beaches, the bayside of the cape is 7 miles away). There are plenty of restaurants and stores within a 5 minute drive. There are tennis courts at the high school in Yarmouth
