    Andie & Scott are so excited to welcome you to Angel by the Sea. We purchased this home in 2026 with the intention of sharing our love of Cape Cod with people from all over. We live close by in S. Dennis. Andie was born and raised on Cape Cod (graduated from Nauset High School!) and she introduced her husband, Scott to the Cape during visits with her grandparents.

    What is special about this property?
    We absolutely fell in love with this property the moment we saw it. The rich charm, beautiful details and thoughtfully preserved architecture really make this home special. The outdoor living spaces are unparalleled, we love to sit outside on the big wrap around porch and chat with the passing beach goers. At night, spending time on the back deck with friends and family is as close to paradise on Cape as you can get. It's location close to Pelham House and Sea Street Beach cannot be beat.

    What is special about your town?
    Dennis is one of the towns on Cape that you have the benefit of both sound side beaches and bay side beaches, all of which are stunning and unique in their own way. The location is 200 yards from Sea Street Beach, meaning no need for a beach sticker or paid parking! You can meander down to Pelham House for dinner on the roof or a drink by the pool, enjoy a fresh home made ice cream at Sundae School Ice Cream after a day at the beach, ride your bikes down to the seaside and explore what Dennisport has to offer. Possibilities are endless!
