Conveniently located, you will be just a short walk away from some Cape favorites such as the Ocean House Restaurant, the Rooftop at Pelham House Resort, and Sundae School in Dennis. Raycroft Beach is only a 3 minute walk away, and not far from Sea Street Beach (0.5mi), Inman Road Beach (0.5mi), and Glendon Road Beach (0.9mi).

We aim to have everything you need with five bedrooms (including one on the first floor), 1.5 bath plus a fully enclosed outdoor shower, a fully equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, spacious driveway, and partially fenced private backyard.

Located in a calm and quaint area of picturesque Dennis Port, we expect all guests to be respectful of the property, neighbors, and neighborhood. No parties are allowed and town quiet hours are enforced from 10pm to 8am everyday.

    Plenty of space for 6 adults and 5 kids ages 5-17. Air conditioning, beach accessories, grill and kitchen tools and much more. Loved the proximity to the beach and Sundae School. Plenty of parking and a safe, fenced in area for outdoor activities.

    Fabulous location. Short walk to the beach and so many fun places. Sunday school, Wolfies, Ocean Beach Resort for live music and drinks as well as the Pelham, just to name a few.
    Love love love the screen in porch. Beautiful breeze. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable, which is hard to find when renting. Dan was wonderful to work with. Thank you so much for everything.

    This place was perfect for a family getaway- wedding weekend. There was plenty of space, the place was clean, and Dan was very responsive and accommodating. The location was perfect - we could have walked to the venue if the weather cooperated. My family enjoyed every minute even with the rain. Would stay again!! Thank you Dan and Lily.

    What a lovely time we had here! We were in the area for a wedding at the Pelham house. This Airbnb was perfect for being able to walk to the venue and we loved the backyard and patio space. The short walk to the beach was also a huge bonus and Dan and Lily were communicative, warm and welcoming. Highly recommend!
