Our extended family of 14 (12 adults and 4 children) spent a wonderful week at Seascape Vacation Rental. Michele, the owner, was very responsive from initial booking through checkout, providing timely communications as to when payments were received, detailed checkin and checkout procedures and a list of specific house nuances to be aware of (i.e. proper running of kitchen appliances to prevent an overloaded circuit) in advance of our stay. Michele was also able to accommodate our request for outside smoking, even providing a "butt" can for our use.

Though some in our party were initially "not into" all the detailed written house rules and the pictures detailing where most everything in the house belonged, as the week progressed, we were all in agreement that the details Michele put into providing this information, was of great benefit.

The Seascape complex is the only home we saw with its own private beach. The views from yard overlooking the ocean were spectacular and the beach area was a mere 26 steps down the ladder access. The private beach area was more than big enough for our group and we found ourselves camped out on it for at least a portion of each day during our stay. We also enjoyed having beach chairs and other beach equipment that were still in great working condition near the end of the summer season. Our two grandkids loved the boogie boards and the various sand tools. When not at the beach, it was great to relax under the shade trees in the yard.

Our group was fortunate that the weather cooperated each evening so we were able to eat dinner outside as one group by putting the two outside tables together. This configuration could have seated 16. Had inclement weather occurred, I expect we would have been considerably more spread out in the main house (I.e. kitchen table, kitchen stools, reading room table, etc.). Something to consider if you look forward to having your entire group together for any meal. We also enjoyed using the outdoor grill and fired up the fire pit one evening.

Nothing but praise for the comfortable mattresses and excellent linens! So nice to be able to have a good nights sleep after a full day (and evening) of activities. A minor point, during our stay the high temperature each day was in the 80s. Not every bedroom had direct AC supply so it was important to keep the doors open during the day to ensure these rooms were cooled before turning in each evening (note: Michele provided a fan in the upstairs of the main house aid with AC circulation to the bedroom with the full bed and the upper stairwell and bathroom area.) Just a minor item to consider.

We alI loved how well the kitchens were stocked. All of the heavy cooking was performed in the main house. We were so pleased that whatever utensil, appliance, container, etc. we needed to prepare our feasts were available…and in working order!

We played cards and used the Scrabble game. The card deck we grabbed was a full 52-card deck and the Scrabble game, albeit with a few replacement pieces, did have its complement of 100 tiles! Being an OCD-type person, I just had to count the Scrabble pieces. Seriously though, by late August, most of the games in the Cape house we had previously rented, were not worth playing due to missing parts. We also played TV games each evening and were easily able to accommodate 10-12 adults in the main house living room.

Our family group has rented seven different Cape houses in the last five years. Seascape is our new favorite! Thanks Michele!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Truly a breathtaking view and you cannot get any closer to the beach. The house was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed inside and it was great having plenty of chairs, umbrellas and beach stuff available and not having to bring those things with us. Loved being able to have family in the separate cottages as well. This was our first time staying and we will definitely be back next time we have a large group. I would highly recommend to all.

We absolutely loved our stay in this charming, clean, and updated home that had all the comforts we needed! The private beach was the most convenient perk and made our week so relaxing and easy!

We had a perfect family vacation in this beautiful set of cottages, with the serene surroundings and private beach. The darling cottages were well-appointed and every detail thoroughly thought out and organized. With family members from under a year to 94, all were comfortable, entertained and delighted: swimming in the ocean, digging in the sand, flying a kite, playing games, walking to ice cream, getting in daily 6,000 steps (the 94 year old) in the peaceful neighboring lanes. When not happily reminiscing about our week there, we are dreaming of a return visit!

Beautiful vacation home to make many fond memories. The houses were perfect for our large group and the decor/cleanliness was fantastic. After dipping my toes into post pandemic travel this was perfect and the neighborhood was so friendly! I hope to be back some day.

We stayed in one of the houses next to the main house during off season. It was a perfect size for two adults and two young kids, 3 and 5 yrs old. Everything was well maintained and very clean, which was reassuring given COVID. The lawn was a real plus for us since the kids could run around and then easily go down the stairs and we could take walks on the beach. It was also nice to have our own private section of the beach.

There were also plenty of chairs to use and sit outside on the tables to eat. We had a great time and the kids still talk about that trip. They loved the bunk beds!

The owner is also extremely responsive and worked with us through our many questions. She also provided detailed directions for check in and check out. Overall, a great place to stay with the family!!

What an amazing property! We are 3 close friends who have traveled together for 20+ years. Without question, our stay at Seascape has been one of our most memorable, exceeding all of our expectations. This awesome oceanfront property provides spectacular sunrises and sunsets-perfect for those of us who enjoy beach walks.

Kudos to Michele for the lovely decor, fully equipped kitchen, great bedding, and immaculate cleanliness-all qualities we look for in a property.

Our October visit offered fabulous fall foliage, great restaurants nearby, plenty of shopping, a special treat was the pumpkin festival.

We plan to comeback with our families, as the layout of this property provides plenty of rooms and privacy.

Our family had a wonderful week at the property. The accommodations were very comfortable for everyone and spotless. We especially enjoyed sharing meals together without having to go to a restaurant every night. We ended each day in the yard overlooking Nantucket Sound, watching the shooting stars. A truly great vacation property.

My siblings and our families have stayed at this property twice in the past while it was under the previous owner, (in 2004 and 2009) and we returned for a third family vacation recently since it has been purchased by the new owner. The memories we have made at this beachfront property have always been my favorite of all my vacation memories and this years vacation now is at the top of the list.

The property has a main house and two cottages set just behind it, each of which has two bedrooms. There is enough room to have your own space and yet gather together as well as a large group in the main house and outside. Michele has spared no expense in decorating and
updating the main house and each cottage with beautiful linens and all of the comforts of home that you would hope to find. The property is so clean and organized to make finding things easy. There is a beautiful backyard overlooking the ocean which is just steps from the private beach below. Sunsets and sunrises can both be enjoyed. There are plenty of beach chairs and ample outside seating for your large group to have dinner together after cooking on the grill or in the well stocked kitchen. All utensils, pots/pans, serving dishes, etc...are readily available.

There is air conditioning in each of the three homes. The property is located a short distance from the best ice cream on the cape (Sundae School ) and plenty of other restaurants and fun activities not far away (mini golf, go carts, trampolines).

Michele was very responsive to any questions we had any a pleasure to work with. Would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone trying to get together with family or friends.

I want to start by saying that none of us wanted to leave! The property is fantastic—the beautifully decorated and well stocked houses, the comfy beds, the pretty yard with a nice shade tree, the private beach...ahhh, the beach! It was so wonderful to wake up, grab a cup of coffee and head down to the beach to watch the sunrise. We had our paddle boards with us so it was very convenient to put them in the water.

There were twelve of us, and we had plenty of room to spread out if we wanted time to ourselves. There was also plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy meals together. The location is quiet yet convenient to all the Cape has to offer, and Michele is a wonderful host. She answered all of my questions quickly, and checked in with us when we arrived to make sure we had what we needed.

Our family talked about making this an annual event. If we can work it out, I would definitely choose this property. Thanks again Michele!

This was our first vacation back on cape Cod after many years in Narragansett and we thoroughly enjoyed this spot. The master house layout with two small cottages (both with two bedrooms) was perfect for our group as it allowed for additional privacy when desired. Michele outdid herself with her update on the kitchen utensils, pots and pans, beach chairs, and many other areas. The landscaping is outstanding with a short walk down a flight of stairs to a private beach.

The area offers easy access back to Rte 28 for grocery stores, endless restaurants and everything else you may need. Michele was very attentive to an issue we had and did her best to get things done and to keep us informed along the way.

And...Sundae School is only a mile and a half away! We had a great week.

Our family had rented this compound months in advance based on the impressive positive reviews it had received about both the property and the owner. When we were informed that the property had been sold and there was a new owner, we were a bit anxious that the quality of response and attention to detail would not meet those of the previous owner. Well, we shouldn’t have worried because Michele is amazing! The entire compound has been updated with high quality bed linens, dinner/cookware and various decor items that elevated the entire experience. Michele was extremely responsive in our communications and made sure we were comfortable throughout our visit as well as following up afterwards to ask if we had any suggestions for improvements.

The compound itself is fantastic. My brother, who lives in Ohio and doesn’t have an opportunity to see the ocean frequently, had only one requirement that had to be met when we were considering properties- he wanted to “fall out of bed and into the ocean”. No problem!! The ocean view is priceless and access to the beach is directly down stairs that are located on the property. We enjoyed the company of a seal some mornings and wild bunnies that appear frequently in the yard.

Although the compound is situated amongst a cluster of cabins (another rental property that has several small cabins), privacy fencing along the three sides that abut the other property make it feel very private and we never felt imposed upon. There was ample parking for our four vehicles. The cleaning crew that Michele utilizes does an impeccable job of presenting a spotless home for your arrival.

We had 9 people in our party and had plenty of space to gather in the main house or spread out if we wanted. The WiFi in all three of the buildings was appreciated and we never had an issue with service- impressive given that all of us were busy posting how great Michele’s property was on our various social media sites. There were plenty of games on hand for the one rainy day we had and watching the stormy ocean from the sun porch was awe inspiring. A Things To Do book is available as well as some local restaurant suggestions. We used the Weber grill for a few meals and all the tools needed were provided.

It’s clear a great amount of thought and care went into presenting this property for rental. We wanted for nothing and would definitely stay again. Thank you, Michele!
