This was the third time that we have rented this property. Every year it has been perfect for my children and grandchildren. The rooms and yard are just right for us. We can be together or apart.
Everyone leaves happy even when the weather is not too great.

Our family has stayed at this home twice in the last three years. Everything was wonderful and the property met all our expectations. The house, the rear deck, and landscaped grounds are beautiful and impeccably maintained. The location is pefect; so easy to get around and visit all our favorite Cape destinations. Everything we needed was there. We spent much of our time on the deck enjoying our coffee and planning our days and nights. It is a great neightborhood for an early morning or after dinner walk. Joan, the property owner, is lovely and a pleasure to deal with. This is a wonderful home, perfect for makng summer family memories.

Our family, including 7 adults and 2 children under 5, spent a fantastic week at this beautiful house. The layout was a perfect match for our extended family. The deck had plenty of space for lounging and eating, and the outdoor shower was the best we've ever used. Both the deck and yard are beautifully decorated and provide a tranquil retreat. The interior is very tastefully decorated in a nautical theme & comfortable throughout. We felt completely at home here and look forward to hopefully returning next year. Joan, thank you again for your hospitality. Your lovely home made our vacation the best ever!

This house, without a doubt, was the best we ever rented!! It is very roomey so nobody is on top of each other, it is spotless and well stocked. Outside of sheets and towels, you will want for nothing, it's all at the house.

Seven years ago my wife and I decided it was time to start an annual family vacation at Cape Cod. We rented a couple of different homes the first few years, but as our family grew we needed more space. We found Joan's home online, booked it four years ago, and we have returned every year since. It has become a cherished retreat for our party of thirteen including our three children, their spouses, and our five grandchildren.
The home is meticulously cared for inside and out. The multiple bedrooms, baths, and spacious family gathering spaces provide comfort for all of us together or for smaller groupings. The deck is very large, nicely furnished, and offers a covered section to escape the sun. The yard is beautifully maintained with fenced in privacy and ample space for a family game of touch football or whiffle ball. A spacious basement area provides recreation and laundry facilities as well as ample space for storage of luggage, golf clubs, etc to avoid clutter in the living spaces. There is parking for 5-6 vehicles. Access to a small private beach is a three minute walk and West Dennis Beach is a three minute drive or fifteen minute walk. Joan is a pleasure to work with and responds immediately to questions to help you enjoy your stay. Our entire family considers this to be our vacation home and we all count the months, weeks, and days leading to our return.

This is the house you have been looking for! We arrived and were greeted by the homeowners looking to ensure we had everything we needed for a fabulous stay in their home.
The house is sprawling inside and out. Plenty of space for families to eat together and relax.
This home provides all of the kitchen tools you will need, comfortable furniture, comfortable bedding, books to read and space to spread out. The outdoor space is lovely, a beautiful deck with a shaded back yard. Everyone enjoyed the beautiful outdoor shower too!
The neighborhood is quiet. Plenty of opportunity for biking, stroller walks and visits to the small private beach to watch the boats.
We have lots of fun Cape Cod memories from our visit to Dennis, hoping to return again!

We rented this home for our parent's 50th Anniversary as a surprise gift in which all 3 of their children, their spouses, and 6 grandchildren vacationed with them for the week. Not only was the house immaculately clean, but it was also nicer than we thought the pictures showed. The large yard was beautiful and relaxing, and the home itself had everything we needed and more. We were within walking distance to the river as well as the beach and the house was located nearby to anything we wanted to do.
We had family portraits taken by an in-town photographer on the beach which came out beautifully! We ate out some nights, and cooked in others, both were easily accommodated and enjoyable for that many people.
The home was by far one of the nicest and well-stocked I have rented. The owners were lovely and there for us if needed. After researching many homes for our family vacation, I am very glad we chose this one. My parents really had a wonderful time as did we all!

We enjoyed this lovely home with our kids and grandkids for a long weekend. The house is spacious, spotless and well appointed. I personally loved the amount of TVs! The size is perfect for a large family vacation. In addition, the yard is huge and well maintained. Deck is fabulous. It is also close to the West Dennis beach. I highly recommend this home.

We just returned from a wonderful week at this home. It had everything a family could wish for:
abundant dishes, pans and cutlery. It even has 2 coffee pots! The deck and grounds were just perfect for a variety of age groups. Joan was very cordial to deal with and helpful with any needed information.

This is the second time that our family has rented through the We Need A Vacation site and I can recommend it.

Our family of 12 have stayed in this beautiful home for the past 3 years now. It is immaculate and very spacious. The kitchen is very well stocked and there are two living rooms to watch tv. There is ample seating for dinners with two dining rooms and the bedrooms are lovely! The outside deck is expansive with plenty of seating and a gorgeous yard with beautiful plantings and plenty of room for games! West Dennis beach is just a short walk
away.

I am a business owner, wife and mother of three grown children. I am very particular about where I stay on the Cape. This house was amazing!!! There was so much room for everyone to enjoy themselves as a group (family feud at the big table) or quietly doing a puzzle in the other room. The kitchen had EVERYTHING we needed to prepare our meals. The bedrooms were cozy and clean. No complaints from ANYONE. The back deck area was my favorite place to sip coffee and read a book before everyone else woke up. The surrounding area was gorgeous and so quiet. We loved it so much we are going back again! Our family of 9 has spent 3 summer vacations at this beautiful home. It is loaded with amenities that made our stay so meaningful. The spacious rooms & living areas allow everyone to have space. We use the beautiful landscaped backyard to relax, grill, play games and enjoy each other. Its proximity to W.Dennis Beach allowed our beach bum family a wonderful place to relax every day. We also enjoy its central location that allowed us to explore other areas of the Cape. We all came away knowing these summer vacations will be carried in our memories, hearts and albums for years.
