We have been renting this wonderful property for fifteen years and it never disappoints. The house is spacious, open, comfortable, relaxing and well equipped. The location is both idyllic and ideal. Sitting on the deck overlooking the ocean and the private beach provides for the perfect vacation. The sunsets never disappoint and the bay side offers wonderful swimming for both children and adults. We appreciate the location of the property as it is near so many attractions, shopping, historical areas and fun places for all ages. Sesuit Harbor is a wonderful place within walking distance to sit and enjoy watching the many boats in and out of the Harbor. We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for many years and East Dennis is our favorite area. The owners are great to work with as they are accommodating and always reachable and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property.

Finding the right words to describe the amazing week my friends and I had at this house are difficult. I have been a summer Cape Codder for 40+ years and this house did NOT disappoint. It was everything I could have hoped for and more. Consider yourself the luckiest ever if you are able to rent this gem before it gets booked for the following year. Thank you beyond words. I already have the "Can we go back?" request on the docket for the future.

We stayed at this lovely home in August of 2021 and had a wonderful time. The kids loved the beach, which is directly out the door and also loved low tide when they could explore all the tide pools. There is a public beach down a little ways but right in front of the house is a private beach, which was great. The public beach was close enough though to hear when the ice cream man came. My kids loved that part too!

We have been renting this family friendly beach house for five years and have made many great memories. Our days are spent on the private beach and the deck with incredible views and sunsets. We have four grandchildren from ages 2-7 who enjoy low tide exploring the beach and tide pools. We also have 7 adults with plenty of room to spread out.

The owners are easy to communicate with and over the years have made many improvements. Our morning routine includes a short walk to the Harbor Cafe for breakfast. We look forward to returning for two weeks next year to continue building great memories.

This property was amazing. I rented this house with 7 friends for a golf week and all of us already can't wait to come back next year. Martha was great to deal with and kept us up to date on everything we would need for our stay. The views were incredible and the beach right off the backyard made for a great relaxing time. Would highly recommend staying here!

We planned a short getaway before the end of summer and stayed 3 nights. This was a memorable and super relaxing trip in a wonderful beach house. As soon as we entered the house the unified family jaw dropping moment seeing the beautiful ocean and beach view from the spacious living room with a wall of windows and vaulted ceiling. The house was very comfortable with more than enough space for our family of 4. The private beach was great and we enjoyed swimming in the relatively warm ocean water as well as running on the sand and exploring rock pools at low tide. The house is conveniently located within a short walk to Sesuit Harbor cafe, a shack that serves deliciously fresh seafood to eat outside or to go.

While enjoying the ocean breeze and peaceful nights we were visited by a fox that passed by the house a couple of times. The homeowner was very responsive to any email communications and everything went smoothly. The internet worked well and so did the other appliances. I highly recommend this house and would be glad to visit again. One consideration however is there didn't appear to be any AC and so while this did not affect our stay it might be hot during the peak of the summer season (though there are fans in each bedroom)

This is a lovely & spacious home with an incredible private beach. The ocean views & sunsets were breathtaking.

My 4 & 6 year old children loved hunting for crabs at low tide & walking along the jetty rocks.

It was a perfect location on Cape Cod too. We walked to the cafe at Susuit Harbor a few nights where we were able to bring our own wine & order affordable seafood dishes. It was great for the whole family.

We'll definitely be back next year!

We found the subject property to be just what our family needed..... the house and its grounds are private, clean and well appointed with access to one of the most beautiful stretches of beach on Cape Cod. The kitchen and living areas were suitable for gathering as a family while the room with the TV offered privacy and a place to escape the sun. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, and the porch was a beautiful place to eat breakfast and lunch as well as to watch some of the most incredible sunsets available on the East Coast. Not a single necessity was lacking, and we found the Teeters to be accessible, helpful, and we can't wait to go back.

Words cannot accurately describe the ever changing views from this home. Spectacular sunrises, sunsets and changing tides. This home is great for large groups and is very "kid friendly!" The well supplied kitchen is easy to work in and thankfully so for who would ever want to leave this 'slice of heaven?" But if you do decide to venture away from this lovely vacation home, Sesuit Cafe is only steps away where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. My family loves to stroll down there still in our bathing suits after a day on the beach with our cooler in tow as it's BYOB.

The homeowners are readily accessible and responsive to any issue that may arise but in the last three years we have rented, the issues were minimal. I have vacationed in Dennis my entire life (62 years) and I am so thankful the day I discovered this rental! I hope to create many family memories for years to come in this home.

This was our eleventh year renting this wonderful property. We have been vacationing on Cape Cod for over forty years and it has always been in East Dennis on Sesuit Habor. As our family grew and we needed a larger house, we were fortunate enough to find this amazing spot. The house is large, open and easy and offers the most spectacular views and magnificent sunsets. With the beach right off the deck, it is so convenient for young children and the privacy is fantastic. East Dennis is a wonderful area, convenient to so many other locales, activities ans restaurants. The owners have always been wonderful to work with which always makes our stay great. We could not ask for anything more.

This is our third year staying at this property. This year we had 7 adults, two children under five and two infants. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own space and love the fact that the house is very kid/family friendly. We had a beautiful week so we spent the majority of our time on the deck or beach from morning to beautiful sunsets. We walked just down the street to the Harbor Side Café every morning for coffee and breakfast with all outside seating alongside the Sesuit Harbor. The food is fabulous and also great for a seafood dinner. We would often walk back to the house via the beach.

The tide was going out this year during the day which made it the perfect beach for young children with great tide pools to explore. The beach is private so most of the time we were the only one on the beach. Our 3 year old even caught a squid in the tide pools!

There is a little sandy area off the deck where the little ones can play in the sand and just a few steps away are the stairs to the beach, which were also updated this year. Upon arrival we discovered that the house had been painted throughout and new flooring installed downstairs. In addition, the owners took my suggestion and put a twin futon in the bunk room downstairs which provides a more useful space for sleeping.

We are all looking forward to our fourth year here next year!

This was our families first visit to Cape Cod. The location of the rental was very convenient for several day trips including Hyannis, Martha's Vineyard, Chatham and Provincetown. The house was located on Sesuit Bay, and the sunrise and sunsets were amazing!! We left the sliding glass doors open at night and the sound of the waves was relaxing and soothing. The house accommodations provided all that we needed it to for thirteen people. One note, the bedroom with the bunk and twin beds are more comfortable for children although manageable for an adult. The deck was lovely and comfortably seated our entire family. While there are sheets provided which is convenient renters may want to consider bringing their own sheets as they have to be washed, dried and put back prior to 11:00 a.m. check out along with instructed cleaning. Martha, the homeowner, was wonderful to work with and very quickly responded to many questions we had as this was our first experience booking. The Sesuit Cafe is within walking distance and has a great menu; they also have a bakery where we bought warm pastries and brought them back to the house for breakfast.

This is the second year we have rented this property. It is the perfect location with a private beach and the Harbourside Cafe within easy walking distance. The cafe has become a morning breakfast tradition, but also fabulous for dinner or some oysters! The home has plenty of beach toys and beach chairs. There is a sandy area right off the deck where the kids enjoyed playing. At high tide you have just enough room for your beach chairs, which is when we chose to swim in the deeper water. At low tide it became a great beach to walk, relax and enjoy the tide pools.

The house is kid friendly and we enjoyed s'mores out at the deck fireplace while watching beautiful sunsets. We also brought a kayak which we used during high tide. We did mention the condition of the grill not being great last year and as a result special cleaning instructions were included in the rental agreement for this year. Unfortunately, it was again in need of a good cleaning. I would recommend bringing grill pads just in case it is not cleaned properly by the prior renters. With that said we are looking forward to returning next year with our children and grandchildren. Owners are great and responsive to questions and comments on your stay.

Our family and friends had a wonderful and beautiful weekend stay in June. There is a nice large back deck which we didn't use that much (we opted to stay indoors for dinners because of mosquitoes and keeping the young kids in check). The bedrooms are comfortable, and having two bathrooms and one half bathroom is convenient for a large group. You have the option of using the household sheets and towels, which we did, but I'd suggest bringing and using your own if you can so you don't have to spend time washing, drying, and folding at the end of your stay if you have group (we had to do a few loads, which can take some time). The same with washing the dishes at the end - do them the night before and hand wash anything else.

We were able to catch the sunrise and sunset, both on the ocean horizon, and it is a sight to see. There are many large windows facing the ocean in the living/dining room and kitchen plus sliding doors for the ocean facing bedrooms, so you have plenty of ocean views.

We have celebrated Girls Weekend for 25 years and this is our fourth time returning to this house. The house is perfect - from the location (right on the beach) to the size of the house which can accommodate a group our size, to the ease of working with the owners.

Great private beach with great sunsets. Our kids love the house, the beach and the whole set up. Have rented multiple years in a row. Breeze off the bay keeps the house cool. Walk to Sesuit Harbor Cafe for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

We just returned from a wonderful family vacation at this home the end of June. We are familiar with the area and the great beach playground for children during low tide. You can’t ask for a better location with steps down to the beach where you can enjoy the tide pools or walk to the jetty. The house is also within walking distance to the wonderful Sesuit Harbor Café. We went there every morning for breakfast and enjoyed watching the boats come and go in the harbor.

We had 7 adults and two toddlers for most of the week and an additional 2 adults for a couple of nights. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out, although because we had such awesome weather, we spent all of our time on the deck or beach. We also brought a kayak which was easy to bring down to the beach for use at high tide. There were plenty of sand toys, chairs, noodles, and boogie boards in the deck box for use. We were up early walking on the beach and relaxing on the deck at night with a fire in the outdoor fireplace while enjoying the beautiful sunsets. We are looking forward to another great week next year!

My family had the pleasure of staying at this property in early June, and we loved the size of the home as well as the proximity to the beach! The house had everything we needed to just kick back and enjoy our time together. The bunk room was perfect for our two kids, and we loved the fun and whimsical decor.

While we experienced some rain during our beach vacation, we took time on those days to travel to the Cape Cod Museum of Natural History for the Butterfly Exhibit and do some shopping in Chatham and Hyannis. We spent each night on the back deck watching the sunset, which was a highlight of the trip! The beach itself was perfect for our kids (4 and 1) who spent hours searching for rocks and crabs and playing in the tide pools. Looking forward to another stay at this home!

The pictures of the views say it all. Great location with private beach and the sunsets are stunning. At night you can see P-town and Boston from the back deck. Roomy and comfortable house. New kitchen updates are great. Owners are great to work with and have great communication.

We went over Columbus Day weekend with two other families, 6 adults and 6 kids under 14. All of the kids had a sleepover in the lower bunk bed room. Amazing time had by all. The owners were great to work with and very responsive. Home and location were just perfect. We had the entire beach to ourselves. Kids and husbands were in the water all weekend. You can't go wrong with this rental.

We have been renting [this property] for nine years and love it! It is in such a beautiful area of the Cape, which we have been familiar with for over thirty years. The house sits on the water so that is your back yard! Since it is on the Bay, it is idyllic for children. The house is so easy, spacious, and relaxing and true Cape Cod. We never tire of the incredible sunsets and the rolling tides we watch from the spacious deck. The home owners are always responsive to feedback as is the property manager if and when needed. The owners are always upgrading and working to meet the needs of renters. We look forward to next year.

Our family just returned from a wonderful week at this this gem of a property. It is our 3rd time renting.The location is so special. Sesuit Neck is such a lovely and peaceful neighborhood. Great for morning walks/runs. The home is beautifully appointed on top of the dune wall of this incredible beach. Its landscape changes with the tides as do your activities. It's never ending entertainment and the sunsets to be enjoyed from this deck are breathtaking! The Sesuit Neck Harbor is adjacent and it's enjoyable to see the activity of boats coming and going. The home itself is modest, eco conscious and meets your needs for a great beach holiday!

If you enjoy the ocean and falling asleep to the peaceful melody of waves brushing against the shore, this vacation home is for you. Sporting beautiful sunsets overlooking the ocean, it was truly a blessing to share a week with family and friends at this home.

My family and I stayed in this lovely home for a long weekend to attend family wedding events in the area. We could not have chosen a better location! Walking distance to Sesuit Harbor, the yacht club, and a fantastic little seafood shack! The view and accessibility to the beach can't be beat! The house slept several of us, including children, comfortably and all amenities were provided. We traveled across the country for this vacation, so it was nice to have everything that we needed available. I would definitely recommend this house to families looking for a peaceful, beach getaway!

This property is uniquely situated in the bay with a working harbor on one side with a delightful coffee stand just minutes down the beach. The jetty of the harbor creates a private-feeling cove which has wonderful tide pools and great skim boarding.

The house itself is well appointed with a grill and outdoor fireplace, comfortable common areas and sizable bedrooms for private time when needed.

The house and its location lend itself to groups of various ages enabling independence for children and activities of a variety of sorts without having to pack up and leave for the day, allowing everyone to be together while enjoying what they want to do.

If you love the benefits of staying on the Bay, mid-Cape, along all the shops of 6A with a beach that has the best sunset views on the Cape...this spot is for you. We come back year after year and know we have found our home away from home. The owners are continuously improving and investing in the property, from new beds, to new appliances, to new flooring, to patio furniture and gas grill. The kitchen is so well-equipped that we rarely go out - it's grill or boil every night while we are here. Sometimes at high tide the beach disappears under water for an hour or so, but that is the perfect time to enjoy the deck that expands from one end of the house to the other or to take an hour to zip out to nearby galleries, antique shops, or mini-golf or ice cream, depending on your wants. I see there is only one bad review to this property and I can't disagree more with that point of view. if you are looking for fancy, this ain't the place, but comfort, homey, beachy, private, and relaxing - that you get. It is simply the best spot in Dennis.

We have been vacationing at the Cape for the past 20 years and really enjoy the East Dennis area. If there is one thing we have learned when looking for a rental, it is Location-Location-Location. This property is situated on Cape Cod Bay, and the sunsets are absolutely beautiful.

The house is very spacious, family friendly and has excellent ocean views from the kitchen, great room and a few of the bedrooms. Between relaxing on the deck gazing at the ocean or enjoying the kid friendly private beach and low tides, you will not have to go anywhere else. You can sit back and RELAX.

One could not ask for a more idyllic spot. Your backyard is the ocean which makes it so very convenient for young children, as are the great tide pools at low tide. The privacy of the beach is wonderful and the views magnificent. We cannot say enough about the beauty and charm of the Sesuit Harbor area which we have known for many, many years. It is also a convenient location to any store/activity you would need and to other wonderful areas of Cape Cod. We will continue to look forward to vacationing at this great property.

Great location on the ocean with access to beach off back deck. We stay there every year for our golf tournament at Dennis golf courses. Good close access to golf courses, and spectacular views of Cape Cod Bay. On clear days, you can see both Provincetown and Boston.

We have spent multiple summers at this property. This lovely property offers the room to spread out and the layout to spend time together. We are 3 families that vacation together, and this house offers the bedrooms and space we need. The waterfront access is exceptional, and we love the private beach. The proximity to all the Cape has to offer makes this a great location. This property has all the amenities you would ever need for a beach vacation. From the well appointed kitchen, to the new furniture in the great room and the spacious 4 bedrooms. The deck is fabulous and offers the best spot to enjoy the awesome sunset. I have been staying at this home in Dennis for the past eight years enjoying this beautiful house with family and friends. It is the perfect place for a family to experience the Cape, enjoy the most beautiful private beach in the area, watch the sun set every night from the expansive back deck, and to gather in the huge great room to entertain and be with family and friends. Each year there are wonderful improvements done to the home that enhance the renters' experience. The location of the home is very private yet it has easy access to shopping, golf, entertainment and restaurants. I have been going to the Cape for many years, and when i found this house, it became our home away from home and it will be for as long as this wonderful family allows.

The bedrooms are all a great size, and it sleeps up to 14 people. They are located in the back of the house, so those who want to relax and get away can easily slip into the television room or bedrooms and be away from it all. The master bedroom is upstairs and has plenty of room for relaxing and has a beautiful balcony that presents you with awesome views of the beach either in the morning while drinking a cup of coffee or in the evening watching the sun set.

I personally look forward to my stay in paradise every year and I can't wait for my 2015 visit. If you are looking for a place where you can enjoy the Cape with family and friends, be in a incredible place, and create memories, then this home is the place to be.

My family and I had a wedding on the Cape that we decided we wanted to turn into a week long vacation. Having a small child (just over 1) we wanted to be in a prime spot near the beach, but also have enough room for 4 small families essentially. Having never rented a vacation home, I searched and searched for a beach front property when I came across this one. When I inquired about the property, the owners got back to me very quickly and, before I knew it, a deposit was in the mail. My one concern prior to the trip were reviews regarding "odd toilets" but in all honesty the toilets were no issue for all of us (ranging in age from 60 to 6 years of age). If you are looking for a home that is literally on the beach, has wonderful little roads to take family walks on each morning and evening, and is within 10 minutes of ice cream, restaurants, and convenience stores this is the property for you! My family will certainly rent here again!!

Our big family has been renting this house on Cape Cod Bay for several years now. We love it! Right on the beach with a gorgeous big deck overlooking the Bay and plenty of hang-out indoor space as well. And one of the things we like best about the property is the family who owns it. Every year they ask for ideas on how we might improve the property, and when we return the next year, we often find our ideas have become reality. With 4 large bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room and family room, 2.5 baths, a large expanding dining area, and a well stocked kitchen, this house is great for a large family group.

We were not at all happy with our stay. I have been renting on the Cape on the water for over 12 years at various price points (3k to as much as 9k a week) and this was the worst I have ever stayed in. The location is good and the views are great, but the house itself needs some real attention, especially at that price. I expected much, much more.

First off, we were given the wrong keys and could not get into the house. We had to wait for 1 hr for the correct keys. When we finally got in, we noticed black mold on the mattresses, the ones on those built-in beds. Not good, especially for children. Then we got around to getting dinner going and the grill was out of propane??? I had to get some myself the next day. After we cooked dinner inside, it was a very hot night, I sat down to watch the Red Sox/Yankees game with my kids but they did not have "regular cable" like the ad said. They had about 5 channels (that info. should be disclosed). In addition the fridge did not work well at all and barely stays shut. I then went upstairs a grabbed a fan to cool off the room, guess what it did not work??? Furthermore, they did not disclose a toilet downstairs that a grown person could fall into let alone a child, very disturbing. Lastly, you should disclose that there is no beach out front at high tide.

For the price paid, I expected a much higher end place. It needs some decent furniture and appliances. It's furnished like a college dorm. Should be priced in the 4k range, but I still would not rent it.

For the record, I have never ever posted a negative review but I had to on this place.

We have vacationed here several years now and really love this house and location. The owners are WONDERFUL and have a rich family history evident in the books and pictures within the home. Easy access to beach, great back deck, beautiful master bedroom with balcony.

This is a great house! It is open, so easy to live in and take care of and has everything one needs in a summer rental. The location is ideal and convenient. The beach and views are magnificient! The privacy is wonderful! We have been renting it for several years and are always very pleased and look forward to many more. Everyone is great to deal with.

This is the perfect house for a summer Cape vacation. Without a doubt this beautiful beachfront home has all the amenities for gathering family, enjoying privacy or just enjoying the serenity and view from the back deck. I have been renting this property for many years because of the beautiful private beach, the perfect nightly sunsets and the nightly cool fresh breeze. The open space is great for late night games with the kids or just hanging out and enjoying your family. If you need privacy, the two upstairs bedrooms are spacious and away from the crowd for a late afternoon nap or just reading a book on the back balcony overlooking the water and the harbor. Close to great golf courses, shops and beautiful scenery.

This is the best beach on the Cape for families with kids where low tides can extend out 200 yards where you can play, dig and walk without any crowds. This is where family memories are made and I plan on continuing these memories for years to come.
