When the days become nights, rest easily in our three bedrooms; one king bed with full bath in the master bedroom, a trundle bed that becomes two twins and a queen bedroom plus a bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The main level also has a multipurpose den which is adjacent to the screened porch. The Upper level has a huge great room which features a L shaped living room, a dining area and an updated kitchen, all with a wonderful view of the bay. It also has another multipurpose room which can be an additional dining area or a den. There is another full bathroom on this level. The house is outfitted with 4 Smart TVs, Comcast cable & high-speed wireless internet, a Blu-ray DVD player. Watch TV in the spacious living area, in the den and in the bedrooms.
Our home is a stone’s throw to a private beach on Cape Cod Bay, where the best sunsets form each day. We love the quiet, peaceful sound of waves rolling in at night, and enjoy the clear starry skies from our 384 square foot bayside deck. Enjoy a barbeque on our gas grill; lounge on the deck and call down the stairway to your loved ones on the beach for lunch. Be sure they rinse off in the spacious enclosed outside shower, clean up in the newer bathrooms and grab some drinks from the spacious kitchen. The screened porch is delightful on hot days either before or after beach time; it's a wonderful place for lunch, drinks or an evening of playing cards. The mini-split air conditioners, breezes, ceiling and pedestal fans cool the house completely. There are spectacular views of sunsets right from our deck!
The house includes supplies for babies and toddlers (including a pack N play, a safety gate, dining chairs and beach toys). Floats and beach chairs are in the basement. All the amenities of home are comfortably at your fingertips.
Relax & enjoy the best of Cape Cod: For other things to do instead of just enjoying our beautiful Cape Cod Bay beach, travel 23 miles to Provincetown for sightseeing, Whale Watching, shopping or entertainment by professional theater performers. Check out the beaches and lighthouse off route 6 along your way. Truro has a Winery that is a must see, the Wellfleet Drive in and flea Market (3.5 miles) are fun for all ages, an Orleans Fire Birds Cape Cod League game features College athletes who may soon be drafted into MLB, Rock Harbor is where many fishing excursion originate daily, a steel band on at sunset each week and where you can buy fresh fish off the boats. Further back down the Cape are Chatham for an enjoyable evening of dining and shopping; and visit Hyannis to take a ferry to one of the islands. Our home is centrally located on the Outer Cape, so all of these towns are within 25 miles of the house.
Last but not least, while you are out in Eastham checkout our local businesses: The Eastham Superette has most anything you need but also has great sandwiches for the beach, do not miss checking out the Friendly Fisherman Fish Market and Restaurant and Sam's Market both off Bracket Road. When the route 6 places have lengthy lines, The Landing which is conveniently located on Campground Beach Road has newspapers, coffee and donuts, lunch and the best ice cream and other snacks. The Red Barn has miniature Golf, Gift shop and a game room plus the best pizza. There are many other fine local family dining options close by in Eastham and the surround towns, information is at our house. The Eastham bike path is just about a mile away, the Cape Cod National Seashore is 2 miles away, Nauset Beach is about 4 miles.

Absolutely maximum occupancy is 6 persons including children as dictated in our annual rental certificate issued by the Town of Eastham. Absolutely no pets, due to allergies and the fact that no dogs are allowed on our Dune Beach Associates beach or the public bay beaches from June 15th until Labor Day. This home is in a quiet neighborhood with limited other close by rental properties.
DUE TO THE SHORT-TERM RENTAL TAX BILL, all 2024 rentals are subject to the tax of 14.45% in Eastham. This tax is comprised of a portion for the town, state and for Cape clean water and is effective on all Short-term rentals.
