Description

Come to the exquisite Cape Cod National Seashore to relax and unwind with your friends and family at Bayside Breeze.

Our lovely, air conditioned, pet-friendly home has four attractive bedrooms and two full, newly renovated bathrooms and is great for a family vacation!

This spacious half acre oasis allows you to take a deep breath and feel your stress head the way of the wind.

Offering easy access to several beaches and trails, this property is a great launching point for your next getaway!

THE PROPERTY

Master Bedroom: Queen Bed / Bedroom 2: Twin over Full Bunk Bed / Bedroom 3: Queen Bed / Bedroom 4: Three Twin Beds

The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children, just a mile away from the bay side beaches and a short drive or bike ride to the National Seashore.

A quiet driveway with plenty of parking leads up to this charming family friendly property, featuring all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped, beautifully renovated kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV and more.

This private and serene home sits on a large front lawn with attractive landscaping.

Inside the home, a spacious new kitchen provides a view of the yard and everything you’ll need to prepare lunch for a day at the beach!

A bright and sunny living room captures the seaside essence of Cape Cod. Two armchairs, a love seat and sofa, and a flat screen TV are sure to make this spot great for entertaining.

Both full bathrooms are newly renovated, featuring nautical decor and sparkling counters.

Savor a quiet cup of coffee at the kitchen table, or gather everyone around the dining room table in our delightful, open sun room featuring another large TV and lots of board games, making it the ideal space for children.

During your downtime, head down to the basement and challenge your companions to a game of Foosball, ping pong, pool or air hockey.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

A large backyard allows plenty of room for the young ones to get out and play, while the adults prepare a barbecue on the outdoor grill.

A hammock tucked between the trees is a great escape for an afternoon nap or watching an evening game of volleyball in the large back yard.

After a day of activities, you’ll look forward to relaxing in one of the 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms feature a plush queen bed and a twin over full size bunk bed. The upstairs bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, and three twin beds.

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite ocean side National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing!

Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many wonderful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other. Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls.

Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away. Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Enjoy the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the Outer Cape or a flea market.

Great Rental!

This is by far the best equipped house we have ever rented!! It was the perfect configuration for 6 women (and dogs also). The proximity to Provincetown allowed us to go there several times during the week. We took advantage of the whale watching and the Dune Tour.
We had a wonderful time and Julie was very responsive to our needs. Thank you so much for a great week. We will definitely be back!!

A perfect holiday on Cape Cod

We greatly enjoyed our holiday at Bay Breeze. Everything was perfect and better than expected. The rooms are more spacious than they look in the photos. The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The family room was awesome with access to a large deck. The kids enjoyed the game room and the back yard for badminton play. The house was super clean and well decorated.

We hope to go again next year

Absolutely Perfect

The Nielsens couldn't be nicer. They were so accommodating and thoughtful! Their home is lovely and conveniently located to beaches. House comes fully stocked and the basement is amazing with games - ping pong, air hockey etc. A great vacation home!

Summer Breeze

We had a fabulous fall weekend at Oyster Festival! The pictures of Summer Breeze are beautiful, but the house is even nicer in person. The house is impeccably maintained and was very clean. The beds were really comfortable, which is not the norm for rentals. The yard is huge and very private. The house has a living room and family room, it was very spacious. There was a thoughtful welcome gift on the kitchen table upon arrival. Julie was a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely rent from her in the future. She went above and beyond expectations for a rental property. show more show less

Thank you for allowing us to share your home; our two granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed all the toys and games in the basement; we had many air hockey and foosball tournaments. We are so pleased with the house and the amenities provided, anyone renting this place should be more than happy with the way it's furnished and all the games for children; awesome! Anyway, I guess you get the idea that we enjoyed ourselves, that your house was welcoming and felt like a home away from home. We would like to rent the house again next year. Thank you again for opening your home to our family. show more show less

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Bayside Breeze. We loved the little details like how you decorated it with Cape Cod/seashore motifs and the paint colors you picked, the new wood floors and bathroom upstairs, the plants in the front yard, etc. We could tell that a lot of work went into it- a very relaxing place to spend two weeks! Thanks so much.

This house has been amazing - peaceful, breezy, and the perfect little bit of relaxation in our action packed days. The house truly had everything we needed and we are already looking forward to returning next year! The house was beautiful, pristine and everything we could have possibly wanted/needed seemed to be there to add to the convenience of our vacation (we were so pleasantly surprised to see a beach umbrella in the basement since we forgot ours!).

We liked what you have done to the cottage. The new bedroom upstairs and bathroom are very nice. The addition of the windows up there worked well to keep that floor cool. Great selection of books.

Julie and Dave first came to the Cape in 2003 when their family rented a vacation home. They loved the history, architecture, quiet roads and scenic beauty. They started returning several times a year, staying at a local campground.

In 2009, they purchased the first of what turned out to be five homes in town with his parents.

Julie is a nurse, and Dave is a physical therapist, and they are both serial renovators, performing the majority of the work themselves.

They have a young daughter, who is thrilled to go to the beach, ride in her bike trailer, and climb on her play set. They live in southern New Hampshire.
