We had another terrific vacation at the Cape. Our cottage was perfect, the weather was perfect and the beaches were beautiful. We have already started talking about next year's Cape Cod vacation..

We had a wonderful time in Eastham this summer. We couldn't have found a better place to stay than Bayside Breeze. The amenities were exceptional and the neighborhood was quiet and close to all the things we wanted to do. Beaches, restaurants, bike path and nature all so near and easy to get to. We have been coming to Cape Cod for many years and this was, by far the best place we have stayed. Thank you so much!

We've stayed several years and the rental is always clean, comfortable and well stocked! Anything you might need is available.
The beds are very comfy. There are linens and towels available at the property (just wash and fold before leaving). The property is well maintained. The owners have been available if we've needed something, but have never been intrusive.
If you're considering the rental—just book! As long as it's not the week my family and I would like to return—lol!

We've been staying at Bayside Breeze for several years and couldn't be happier with our experience. Everything is well maintained and improved each year. A walkable, quiet neighborhood and short drive to both National Seashore and Bayside beaches. Julie and Dave are great hosts and communicators. Couldn't recommended more highly!

This was our second year at Bayside Breeze and it is perfect for our family of 10, 4 kids ages 6-11, and 6 adults. The yard games helped us keep the kids outside. The games in the basement gave the kids entertainment on rainy days. The house is clean and very well stocked with the basics for cooking and cleaning. We love spending the days on the deck reading and relaxing and the evenings on the porch playing cards. It's a wonderful escape surrounded by all the Cape has to offer!

I always love staying in Summer Breeze homes, but Bayside Breeze was an absolute gem. The house was huge yet cozy, and located in a quiet neighborhood close to Bay beaches and the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Will definitely be staying again!

My family and I can't wait for our October vacation at Cape Cod. For many years we have been renting cottages from Julie and David in Eastham. My wife and daughters love the cottages, and they are in a great location and so close to the National Seashore. It seems like each year when we arrive, we notice the changes Julie and David had made making the cottages quainter and fun to be at. We are at home now at the end of vacation at the dinner table commenting on what a great time we had at the Cape.

We have been renting on the cape for over 25 years. This was our first time renting this home. We had a great experience. Julie answered any questions before and during our rental. We arrived to see this home spacious, very clean, bright and excited to be here. We have already booked for next year. Kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of room for making new memories. The location was very close to the beach and other things. We are very grateful we found this home to rent and this will continue to be our rental hopefully for the next 25 years....

Our family enjoyed a wonderful week at Bayside Breeze. Our group included some of my grown children and grandchildren ranging in age from 3 to 21. The home is spacious, well-appointed and was spotlessly clean upon our arrival. All the mattresses were very comfortable, something that's not always the case in a vacation rental in my experience, The basement "game room" including a pool table, ping-pong, foosball and air hockey saw lots of use by our teenagers especially in the evenings after the little ones were in bed.

The bikes in the shed were in good condition with tires fully inflated and ready to ride in the quiet neighborhood, to the beach or to Ben & Jerry's on Rte.6.

The location was ideal, being only half an hour drive to Provincetown and maybe 12 minutes to the Stop and Shop in Orleans. Both the bayside and ocean side beaches are accessible within minutes. My morning walks to Sunken Meadow Beach and back were a great way to start each day.

The owner was quickly responsive to any minor issue that came up. For example, the linen service did not initially provide all the sheets that were needed, but a quick call to Julie and the missing items were provided.

I have rented for many years on the Cape, and this home, more than any other really added to our enjoyment of our precious vacation time together. Hoping to return and enjoy this lovely home again!

We have been coming to Cape Cod for our vacations for over 30 years. There are so many things to do and the beaches are beautiful. Spending our vacations at the Summer Breeze cottages the last 5+ years has been a delight. Their cottages are beautiful and well maintained and in a great location.

We had such a wonderful stay in 2020 that we returned for 2021 and we can't wait for next year! Selfishly, part of me does not want to write a review because I don't want everyone to know what a great rental this is and have it be all booked up when we want to return!

This house is so excellent! So clean: the bathrooms, kitchen—every where really (and in a pet friendly rental)! Many quality upgrades from year to year (updated downstairs bathroom, modern kitchen) Has anything you could need—from a well stocked kitchen to an outdoor grill to linens/bath towels. The beds are very comfortable.

The layout is perfect for spending time together as a family or having some space solo. My kids are obsessed with the bunk beds. We stayed as a family of 4 (two adults, 2 young kids), 2 grandparents, and 2 young adults, with our dogs and NEVER felt cramped or crowded. The yard is wonderful and no bugs!

It's tucked away off Rt 6 but close to everything: bayside beaches, national seashore beaches, freshwater ponds and restaurants!

Lastly, the owners are very responsive, without being intrusive. During the first year we had a question/needed more garbage bags and Julie was great—dropping more in the mailbox before we knew it!

You will not regret staying at this lovely home—just please don't book your stay when I plan to book mine-lol!

Bayside Breeze was a wonderful rental for our family of five. Great location in a quiet walkable neighborhood for our pups. The home is lovely with seaside decor. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable furniture. The weather was in the 50's and did rain a few days but the basement game room was a hit. Would definitely return to the vacation home!

Great location -- we love this end of the Cape. Lovely house, owners are constantly upgrading, improving, freshening. Most anything you would need for your group you will find there.

This is our 2nd year staying at Bayside, and we weren't disappointed again. Bayside is very clean and stocked with everything you could possibly need. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood which is great for walks. The house had recently had improvements to the 2nd floor bedrooms which made the rooms much larger. The beds were all very comfortable. The yard is large and very private. The only issue we had was with the tv in family room, which wasn't a big deal since the living room tv worked great. Julie offered to have a 3 way conversation with herself, us & comcast but I really didn't want to be bothered. Thank you Dave & Julie for letting my family stay at your beautiful home, again. We would highly recommend Bayside for a relaxing vacation.

We arrived on the first day of summer at Bayside Breeze. We LOVE this house. It is immaculate, comfortable, and roomy. The kids enjoyed the basement games and the large yard for playing. The neighborhood is great for walking and biking. The bayside beaches are so close and beautiful, especially at sunset. We love Nauset Light and Marconi Beaches. They are great for sunrises and long walks. This is our 3rd time renting and we will be back late summer. The owners are so nice and will quickly respond to any questions or needs.

This is the fourth house we've stayed in managed by this owner and it did not disappoint! The proximity to the bike trail is fantastic, and it is equally close to the bay beaches. Just minutes down the road from the drive-in movie theater and close to a multitude of restaurants, including those offering takeout. Plenty of room for our family to spread out. The kitchen was modern and well stocked, and all appliances worked well. Great wifi too! The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet and offers a great place to relax. We look forward to future visits to the Summer Breeze homes!

Bayside Breeze is a lovely cottage in Eastham in the middle of the Cape making it a short drive to the beaches and Hyannis and Provincetown and all the sights and shopping. It is well stocked with all the small and thoughtful amenities (paper products, soaps, etc.) and an excellent choice especially for those with families and children with a game room (pool table, foosball) in the basement and a large yard with a volleyball/badminton net in the backyard (plus all the equipment for a rousing game) and a nice deck for lounging in the evening.

The cottage has been recently remodeled including updated bathrooms. It was a great base for exploring the Cape. We were able to bring our small dog and it was convenient to walk him in the yard and around the quiet neighborhood streets. We had a relaxing fall getaway, doing sightseeing, antiquing, shopping. And the evening walks on the beach with our dog were spectacular. The homeowner, Julie, is friendly and helpful and a pleasure to work with on arranging the rental and making sure everything is good. We would definitely rent again.

This is by far the best equipped house we have ever rented!! It was the perfect configuration for 6 women (and dogs also). The proximity to Provincetown allowed us to go there several times during the week. We took advantage of the whale watching and the Dune Tour.
We had a wonderful time and Julie was very responsive to our needs. Thank you so much for a great week. We will definitely be back!!

We greatly enjoyed our holiday at Bay Breeze. Everything was perfect and better than expected. The rooms are more spacious than they look in the photos.The house is very well equipped and comfortable. The family room was awesome with access to a large deck. The kids enjoyed the game room and the back yard for badminton play. The house was super clean and well decorated.

We hope to go again next year

The Nielsens couldn't be nicer. They were so accommodating and thoughtful! Their home is lovely and conveniently located to beaches. House comes fully stocked and the basement is amazing with games - ping pong, air hockey etc. A great vacation home!

We had a fabulous fall weekend at Oyster Festival! The pictures of Summer Breeze are beautiful, but the house is even nicer in person. The house is impeccably maintained and was very clean. The beds were really comfortable, which is not the norm for rentals. The yard is huge and very private. The house has a living room and family room, it was very spacious. There was a thoughtful welcome gift on the kitchen table upon arrival. Julie was a pleasure to rent from. We will definitely rent from her in the future. She went above and beyond expectations for a rental property.

Thank you for allowing us to share your home; our two granddaughters thoroughly enjoyed all the toys and games in the basement; we had many air hockey and foosball tournaments. We are so pleased with the house and the amenities provided, anyone renting this place should be more than happy with the way it's furnished and all the games for children; awesome! Anyway, I guess you get the idea that we enjoyed ourselves, that your house was welcoming and felt like a home away from home. We would like to rent the house again next year. Thank you again for opening your home to our family.

Just wanted you to know how much we enjoyed staying at Bayside Breeze. We loved the little details like how you decorated it with Cape Cod/seashore motifs and the paint colors you picked, the new wood floors and bathroom upstairs, the plants in the front yard, etc. We could tell that a lot of work went into it- a very relaxing place to spend two weeks! This house has been amazing - peaceful, breezy, and the perfect little bit of relaxation in our action packed days. The house truly had everything we needed and we are already looking forward to returning next year! The house was beautiful, pristine and everything we could have possibly wanted/needed seemed to be there to add to the convenience of our vacation (we were so pleasantly surprised to see a beach umbrella in the basement since we forgot ours!).

We liked what you have done to the cottage. The new bedroom upstairs and bathroom are very nice. The addition of the windows up there worked well to keep that floor cool. Great selection of books.
