Description

Come to the exquisite Cape Cod National Seashore to relax and unwind with your friends and family at Coastal Breeze.

Our lovely, air conditioned, pet-friendly home has four attractive bedrooms and two full bathrooms and is great for a family vacation!

This spacious half acre oasis allows you to take a deep breath and feel your stress head the way of the wind.

Offering easy access to several beaches and trails, this property is a great launching point for your next getaway!

THE PROPERTY

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed / Bedroom 2: Queen Bed / Bedroom 3: Queen Bed / Bedroom 4: Twin over Twin Bunk Bed and Two Twin Beds

The house is on a peaceful cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood ideal for walking with the children just two miles away from both the National Seashore and the bay side beaches.

A quiet driveway with plenty of parking leads up to this charming family friendly property, featuring all the comforts of home, including a fully equipped, beautifully renovated kitchen, air conditioning, wireless internet, cable TV and more.

This private and serene home sits on a large front lawn with attractive landscaping.

Inside the house, a spacious new kitchen provides a view of the yard and everything you’ll need to prepare lunch for a day at the beach!

A bright and sunny living room captures the seaside essence of Cape Cod. An armchair, a love seat and sofa, and a flat screen TV are sure to make this spot great for entertaining.

Savor a quiet cup of coffee at the kitchen table, or gather everyone around the dining room table in our delightful, open sun room.

During your downtime, head down to the basement and challenge your companions to a game of Foosball, ping pong or air hockey.

Outside, the deck has ample room for dining and entertaining, and an outdoor shower to wash away the sand. Purchase lobsters at Maurice's or create a classic New England clambake!

A large backyard allows plenty of room for the young ones to get out and play, while the adults prepare a barbecue on the outdoor grill.

A hammock tucked between the trees is a great escape for an afternoon nap or watching an evening game of volleyball in the large back yard.

After a day of activities, you’ll look forward to relaxing in one of the 4 bedrooms. The downstairs bedrooms each feature a plush queen bed. The upstairs bedrooms offer a comfortable queen bed, a twin bunk bed, and two twin beds.

Eastham is the “Gateway to the National Seashore,” and is perfectly located to explore the Cape from the canal to Provincetown. You get the best of both worlds with the bay on one side and the ocean on the other.

Ride your bikes or take a short car ride over to exquisite National Seashore beaches where the water is colder but the surf is amazing! Freshwater swimming is also available at nearby Great Pond, and the many delightful bayside beaches are nearby for watching the sunsets or exploring tidepools with the children.

Our house is within a half mile of Cape Cod's Rail Trail for biking, rollerblading and evening strolls. Plenty of shopping, golf and mini golf courses and many other activities await you just a short distance away.

Drive less than half an hour to Provincetown or Hyannis to enjoy their numerous eclectic shops, galleries and restaurants. Explore the salt water marshes and Audubon Sanctuary, the only drive-in theater on the outer cape or a flea market.

Enjoy the peace and privacy of this bright, cheery home to relax and take in the outer Cape's natural and overwhelming beauty.

Exceptional Value

This is the second home we've rented with Summer Breeze and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything, down to the last detail, was as described. Close to the ocean & the bike trail, quiet and dog friendly. The open floor plan of kitchen & living room was a plus. Very clean with a kitchen full of pots, pans, glassware, and pretty much everything you might need for cooking a great meal from nearby (Macs) Seafood market. We've recommended Summer Breeze properties to friends and without a doubt we'll be back! show more show less

Always wonderful!

Our family has spent many vacations at this property. We have always been very pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the house. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

There is plenty of room in each of the bedrooms. Lots of closet space, the beds are comfortable and each room is cozily decorated.

The outdoor shower is awesome after a long day in the sun. There's a lovely deck with a great grill, outdoor table and chairs. We enjoy having our morning coffee on the deck, listening to the lovely songbirds.

My kids and son in law LOVE the basement games: pool table, foosball, ping pong, air hockey. It's a perfect place for them to hang out while Mom or Dad makes dinner. Lots of room for all of us to spread out.

This location is an easy ride to the bike path and a great deli! You won't regret staying here!

Great Getaway

We have a fantastic stay here. We were so close to some great beaches and all sorts of other activities. Great restaurants are all around, as well as putt putt and even the drive in! The house had everything we needed and was just perfect for the 6 of us. We'd definitely come back again!

Perfect House!

We rented Coastal Breeze for a soccer tournament at Nauset High with one other family. The size of the house was perfect and had plenty of room. The children had the basement to play pool, foosball, ping pong and hang out. The adults had the bonus room off the kitchen to enjoy time as well. The house was just what we needed! Thanks again, Julie!

Great Memories!

Coastal Breeze was a beautiful and perfect place for our family of eleven. Everyone had adequate space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for our week together. A great home away from home! We enjoyed checking out some wonderful restaurants, fun trips to the beach, a visit and a little shopping in nearby Provincetown, and occasional walks in nature. A vacation place for making great memories!

A home away from home

This was our second year staying at this home. The location is great, a short distance from the bike path, and bikes are included in the rental. The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is quiet. Arnold's Lobster restaurant is a favorite, with delicious ice cream, as well as seafood and mini-golf. Nauset Light, and Coast Guard Beaches are minutes away, without having to use the highway.

The grandchildren love the pool table and other games in the basement. There are 3 televisions for everyone to watch their favorite shows. There is ample seating for dining on the breezeway, with additional folding chairs for large parties. The hydrangeas in the front of the house were in full bloom, giving us a true Cape experience. Provincetown is a half hour drive, and there is something there for everyone. show more show less

Great vacations in Coastal Breeze

This house is close of everything... the beach, Cape Cod bike trail, and restaurants. When we checked in, the house was very clean. The children had a lot to do in the basement: pool, baby foot, air hockey and ping pong. Nothing negative to say... thanks.

Wonderful, comfortable vacation home.

Three generations of my family stayed in this very comfortably appointed home in October. The home is wonderful for older adults like me who might have trouble with stairs because there are two good size bedrooms and a bath on the first floor, with another 2 huge bedrooms and bath upstairs. It was very, and I mean very, clean. I have dust allergies and was not bothered the entire week. The owner is very thoughtful and left us a welcoming gift.

There is a lot to do in the area, with Coast Guard Beach nearby, and the National Seashore Visitor Center has a beautiful walking trail and information on other bike/walking trails in the area, as well as exhibits of various aquatic life, and historical information on the beginnings and changes in the Capes landscape. Downtown Provincetown is always fun to visit, as is the Race Point Visitor Center where you can sometimes see whales from the observation deck. There are hiking and biking trails there too.

In Eastham, the Fairway is great for breakfast, and Arnolds has wonderful seafood. The Red Barn is also good for pizza, grinders and salads. We've had great meals in Orleans at the Yardarm, and in Harwich at the 400 East and at Castaways.

We definitely recommend Eastham and this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay. We would love to visit again next year.

Great weekend!

Our family gets together on Cape Cod every September. This was the first time we rented this house. It was an excellent fit for us. This house is large enough to sleep everyone, exceptionally clean, and very homey. Owner Julia was very helpful and answered all our questions prior to our trip (which was 10+ hours drive). The weather didn't agree with us and it was nice to have cable and internet available at the house. This was a great weekend and I hope we that we may rent this property in the summer as well and stay longer than just 3 nights. Thank you so much Julia! show more show less

The house and locale were great! This was truly the nicest and most relaxing vacation we have had! Once again, I can’t thank you enough. The house and its appointments were perfect. Next year, I am being forced to take the family to Disney (groan!), but I am sure we will be back!

Julie and Dave first came to the Cape in 2003 when their family rented a vacation home. They loved the history, architecture, quiet roads and scenic beauty. They started returning several times a year, staying at a local campground.

In 2009, they purchased the first of what turned out to be five homes in town with his parents.

Julie is a nurse, and Dave is a physical therapist, and they are both serial renovators, performing the majority of the work themselves.

They have a young daughter, who is thrilled to go to the beach, ride in her bike trailer, and climb on her play set. They live in southern New Hampshire.
