Another fabulous week at Julie and Dave's Summer Breeze home. We are repeat (repeat, repeat) visitors. This is our 8th? 10th? year of repeat bookings, usually twice/year. The homes are clean and well cared for, the yards are well maintained, and we love coming back again and again. Thank you!

We love renting from Julie. Even if there are issues, there is a quick response. This home is a walk or quick bike ride to Coast Guard and Light House beaches. September is a great time to enjoy Cape Cod.

Julie is a very communicative host. If any issues arise she takes care of it as soon as possible. Very good customer service. She also left us a very nice welcome package.

We are return customers. Our stay was for three weeks, July 14th through August 4th. We stayed at a different property last year. We really liked this location. It's at the end of a cul-de-sac. The location is also close to the Cape Cod rail Trail. Neighborhood is quiet. The house fit our needs. The house was neat, clean and orderly, and it really didn't lack for anything. It's close to the national seashore beaches, shops and restaurants.

We really enjoyed the deck off the back of the house. There's plenty of parking if you have company and you're close to everything. I would highly recommend renting any of the five properties that they manage. She gives you all the information you need before you arrive. Like I said very communicative. Well maintained and always updating.

Very happy to be returning again summer 2025! Great memories had by all.

Summer Breeze homes never disappoint. We loved being on a quiet dead end street and the convenience of the bike trail and several beautiful beaches. Kitchen/living room open floor plan is delightful for socializing while preparing meals. Very well maintained and welcoming. The owners really care about their guests and it shows. We can't wait to come back!

The house is a very comfortable, well furnished house. We cooked dinner twice and found the kitchen to be well equipped. We made good use of the ping pong table in the basement. A bonus for the house is that we found it very convenient. We could use the back roads to go places and avoid the traffic on Route 6. I would be remiss if I did not mention the cleanliness of the house including the barbecue.

This is our 8th? 10th? year staying in one of the Summer Breeze properties. We often rent twice per year, and have never been disappointed with our stays. The property is clean and bright and has all the amenities you could want. Washer and dryer, ping pong and foosball and air hockey, stocked kitchen near a convenient grocery store, grill on the porch, well maintained grounds….I could go on. Communication with the owners is fast and easy, and our family appreciates this home away from home.

Coastal Breeze is the perfect vacation home for a multigenerational family. Our extended family had a memorable week with cousins from near and far. The kids bunk room was their go to space to chat, play and just enjoy each other. The morning coffee room is the perfect spot to start you day. The outside deck is situated in a beautiful quiet backyard. The air conditioning was a plus for a very hot week ! The grandchildren were happy to have boogie boards, bikes and games to use. The well equipped kitchen and outside grille saved on meals. Julie is quick to respond to questions or concerns. A welcoming, warm home we would love to return to someday.

I love this house and so does my family. The energy is so warm and welcoming. The house itself is well maintained and spacious enough for our 9 person group. The beds are comfortable with soft mattresses. The outdoor shower is roomy and wonderful for a morning scrub or a quick wash off after a visit to a nearby beach. The neighborhood is beautiful and very peaceful. The property is conveniently located near many attractions; restaurants, mini golf, souvenir shops, beaches (both bayside and oceanside). The owners of this house are a joy to work with, very nice and very helpful. I highly recommend this rental, the owners, and their other properties to anyone looking for a temporary home on the Cape. I can't wait to come back!

Loved our stay at Coastal Breeze for 2 weeks! Nice quiet street and so convenient to beaches, food shops, restaurants and all the Cape has to offer !

Another year, another great week at the Cape. This is our second year at Coastal Breeze, and the property (which feels like a second home) was upgraded and very comfortable. With four bedrooms, a large kitchen, basement with games (ping pong, pool table, etc.), and the sunroom with a large dining room table, we all had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy ourselves. We love the quiet and convenient location, deck, private yard, room between neighbors, outdoor shower and cleanliness that greets us every year. Julie is a great host and very responsive. We'll be back!

As always, Summer Breeze homes never disappoint. Every detail was taken care of and instructions for getting settled in very clear. Bike trail is very close by as are the incredibly beautiful Nauset Light and Coast Guard beaches.

Just returned from a week stay at this Summer Breeze property in Eastham, and what a great week it was. It's a great location close to both ocean and bay beaches, and we even spent a great afternoon swimming in a crystal clear lake nearby. ( No sharks)

The cottage itself was lovely and had everything you would need for a great week away. We spent hours out on the deck watching the breeze in the trees. My wife and I are avid bikers and the rail trail, as well as several great routes we created, were just out the door. We found drivers in the area very safety conscious of bikers, which was great.

Finally the owners are pet friendly at this property, and no great vacation would be complete without Seamus the Wonder Dog, our 13 year old golden, who we found has a serious fondness for clam strips!

What a year 2020 has been! We weren't sure what to expect. This home was perfect. An oasis that offered a change of scenery while allowing us to continue a tradition started three generations ago: time on the Cape, walking the beach at low tide, breathing the sea air.

The location is perfect - right around the corner from the bike trail and 10 minutes from Stop and Shop in Orleans. Or....10 minutes from Cottage St. Bakery if you're jonesing for a Dirt Bomb! The deck is lovely. The grill made great burgers. Or maybe it was the chef. Either way, we enjoyed them. The quiet road is peaceful and safe for youngsters and for dogs. And there is SO MUCH ROOM in the house! The air hockey and foosball tables got some use, as did the ping pong table.

We'll be staying again. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for sharing your Cape home with us.

We have been renting from Julie for at least 5 years and have never been disappointed. The houses that we rented were always clean with plenty of extra spices, shampoo, soap, conditioner, etc... We have never had any issues while we were there that we had to contact the owners but I am sure that they would respond quickly. I have recommended these rentals to friends also.

Great property for family vacation on a nice quiet street Plenty of room and areas to hang out outside! Perfect location for beaches, food, restaurants and close to the bike trails ....
Good internet for remote workers in our group!

Enjoyed Wellfleet Harbor, Truro Winery, Rock Harbor -always lots to do on the Cape ! Always enjoy the steel drum band - Pans in Paradise - at Rock Harbor!

This is the second home we've rented with Summer Breeze and we couldn't be more pleased. Everything, down to the last detail, was as described. Close to the ocean & the bike trail, quiet and dog friendly. The open floor plan of kitchen & living room was a plus. Very clean with a kitchen full of pots, pans, glassware, and pretty much everything you might need for cooking a great meal from nearby (Macs) Seafood market. We've recommended Summer Breeze properties to friends and without a doubt we'll be back!

Our family has spent many vacations at this property. We have always been very pleased with the cleanliness and organization of the house. The house is well stocked with everything you could possibly need.

There is plenty of room in each of the bedrooms. Lots of closet space, the beds are comfortable and each room is cozily decorated.

The outdoor shower is awesome after a long day in the sun. There's a lovely deck with a great grill, outdoor table and chairs. We enjoy having our morning coffee on the deck, listening to the lovely songbirds.

My kids and son in law LOVE the basement games: pool table, foosball, ping pong, air hockey. It's a perfect place for them to hang out while Mom or Dad makes dinner. Lots of room for all of us to spread out.

This location is an easy ride to the bike path and a great deli! You won't regret staying here!

We have a fantastic stay here. We were so close to some great beaches and all sorts of other activities. Great restaurants are all around, as well as putt putt and even the drive in! The house had everything we needed and was just perfect for the 6 of us. We'd definitely come back again!

We rented Coastal Breeze for a soccer tournament at Nauset High with one other family. The size of the house was perfect and had plenty of room. The children had the basement to play pool, foosball, ping pong and hang out. The adults had the bonus room off the kitchen to enjoy time as well. The house was just what we needed! Coastal Breeze was a beautiful and perfect place for our family of eleven. Everyone had adequate space, comfortable beds, and everything we needed for our week together. A great home away from home! We enjoyed checking out some wonderful restaurants, fun trips to the beach, a visit and a little shopping in nearby Provincetown, and occasional walks in nature. A vacation place for making great memories!

This was our second year staying at this home. The location is great, a short distance from the bike path, and bikes are included in the rental.The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac, so it is quiet. Arnold's Lobster restaurant is a favorite, with delicious ice cream, as well as seafood and mini-golf. Nauset Light, and Coast Guard Beaches are minutes away, without having to use the highway.

The grandchildren love the pool table and other games in the basement. There are 3 televisions for everyone to watch their favorite shows. There is ample seating for dining on the breezeway, with additional folding chairs for large parties. The hydrangeas in the front of the house were in full bloom, giving us a true Cape experience. Provincetown is a half hour drive, and there is something there for everyone.

This house is close of everything... the beach, Cape Cod bike trail, and restaurants. When we checked in, the house was very clean. The children had a lot to do in the basement: pool, baby foot, air hockey and ping pong. Nothing negative to say... thanks.

Three generations of my family stayed in this very comfortably appointed home in October. The home is wonderful for older adults like me who might have trouble with stairs because there are two good size bedrooms and a bath on the first floor, with another 2 huge bedrooms and bath upstairs. It was very, and I mean very, clean. I have dust allergies and was not bothered the entire week. The owner is very thoughtful and left us a welcoming gift.

There is a lot to do in the area, with Coast Guard Beach nearby, and the National Seashore Visitor Center has a beautiful walking trail and information on other bike/walking trails in the area, as well as exhibits of various aquatic life, and historical information on the beginnings and changes in the Capes landscape. Downtown Provincetown is always fun to visit, as is the Race Point Visitor Center where you can sometimes see whales from the observation deck. There are hiking and biking trails there too.

In Eastham, the Fairway is great for breakfast, and Arnolds has wonderful seafood. The Red Barn is also good for pizza, grinders and salads. We've had great meals in Orleans at the Yardarm, and in Harwich at the 400 East and at Castaways.

We definitely recommend Eastham and this home to anyone looking for a comfortable, quiet place to stay. We would love to visit again next year.

Our family gets together on Cape Cod every September. This was the first time we rented this house. It was an excellent fit for us. This house is large enough to sleep everyone, exceptionally clean, and very homey. Owner Julia was very helpful and answered all our questions prior to our trip (which was 10+ hours drive). The weather didn't agree with us and it was nice to have cable and internet available at the house. This was a great weekend and I hope we that we may rent this property in the summer as well and stay longer than just 3 nights. Thank you so much Julia!

The house and locale were great! This was truly the nicest and most relaxing vacation we have had! Once again, I can’t thank you enough. The house and its appointments were perfect. Next year, I am being forced to take the family to Disney (groan!), but I am sure we will be back!

Thank you for the hospitality gift, as it really made us feel right at home and welcome when we arrived. We had a fantastic time during our week on the Cape, and your home was perfect for our family. It was a perfect location as we are partial to Cape Cod National Seashore and spent most of every day either at Nauset or Coast Guard beaches. My family is very excited to return to 85 Lupin Way this year! This is our 3rd consecutive year and we just love it! We love both the town of Eastham as well as the location of the house. Our children (ages 4 & 6) won't even discuss taking a family vacation anywhere else! lol
