Always have a great time in Eastham. Very peaceful and relaxing. We love walking around to the beach and along the Bayside.

This property is very well stocked and the owners are incredibly accommodating. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had a great vacation. The house is spacious with a lot of room to spread out across a living room, family room, and large porch. We enjoyed the outdoor shower and location immensely. There is nothing quite like a sunset over the Eastham bay beaches at low tide. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The house and the trip were nothing short of amazing , we had a great time in the cape and having this beautiful home to come back to after long days at the beach was perfect .

The location is stellar. The house is lovely and obviously carefully tended by the owners. Great to have a split Ac unit in each room, and a sun porch. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is very well equipped. We were happy to have paper products supplied, as well as aluminum foil, coffee filters, trash bags, etc. Portable camping chairs were appreciated. We would have loved a clothes line in the sun with clothes pins, and a few chairs on the deck. Basement laundry is a bit challenging to navigate, but large heavy duty machines are wonderful. Our agent was very helpful.

Stayed here again this year and as always it was AMAZING! Owners are easy to deal with and super responsive. Can't wait til next year!

Very nice home we had a great stay! The home was well supplied with everything.

My family has stayed in this house twice. We rebooked because there are several great aspects to this house. The location was great for us. The house is spacious, well stocked, and we love the screened in porch. It was also immaculate! There are 2 things I would change to make it a 5 star getaway. The first is new mattresses. My kids were perfectly comfortable, but the primary bedroom was not great. The second is a bit of a mold/mildew problem in the downstairs bedrooms. The primary bedroom was sprayed with a lavender mist (which I am allergic to) I assume to cover up the musty smell, but once we cleared out the lavender it was apparent that they probably need to put in a dehumidifier. We opened windows, which helped a lot.

We were on the Cape with friends for a memorial. The nice open, living space allowed for us to share dinners and brunch with friends. The new heat pumps were great since the weather was hot and very humid during our stay. We appreciated the added comfort.

Just left our yearly visit to Cape and this home! Two amazing weeks been staying at this same house for five years running. Looking forward to next year already. Allen and Lucille are amazing to work with, see ya next year!

We had an amazing two weeks here this August. The house is clean and inviting. The sunroom was comfortable and perfect for relaxing on rainy days as well as enjoying morning coffee. The house had many board games and the kitchen was very well stocked. The appliances were nice upgrades and the A/C unit in each bedroom was awesome. We also loved the oversized outdoor shower. The extra beach chairs were a great addition. The neighborhood was very quiet and easy to access from Route 6 as well as nearby bay beaches.

This is our fourth year staying at this house. Each July we come together to vacation as a family, renting a total of three houses in the immediate area. This year was the best! The weather was perfect! We are very comfortable in this house it has everything you'll need for a great vacation. The amount of gathering spaces is the best part of this house. Plus it's close and convenient to beach, stores and places to eat. Thank you sharing your home for another great year. We plan on being back next July!

We had a wonderful stay! This beautiful house was super clean and spacious with plenty of rooms, big kitchen, sun room, outdoor showers. It provided many amenities as well. Air conditioners in the bedrooms were a big plus. Great location, walking distance to the Thumpertown beach. We highly recommend this house!

This home is our go to house in Cape. We've stayed going on four years now and it has everything we need. Close to rest of our family, many beaches. House is big enough to have our kids rotate through and visit. Most importantly the owners are amazing to deal with, super responsive. Can't wait for our two weeks next year already! Thank You

Your rental home was clean, spacious, and provided many amenities. We do a lot of grilling and cooking, your fully stocked kitchen was so appreciated!! Our chef was impressed with the cookware and tools.
The oversized outdoor shower with two heads was a huge plus!
The beds were comfortable and the individual air conditioning made for a restful sleep.
The yard and back deck are fabulous.
We will return for sure, thank you for such a well needed vacation after a difficult last two years of covid.
My only suggestion would be a covered area for bikes.

There are so many positives to this home. The amount of common areas, the big kitchen and the location are among my favorites. We vacation with family; all renting homes in close proximity. The beaches are great for kids and this home is so comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay in our rental. It was close to the bay, and a short drive to the ocean side. It was close to everything we needed and still allowed us tons of privacy. The home has a beautiful kitchen, sun room, and bedrooms. We truly loved our stay at this home, we will book again!

Situated on a quiet street close to bay beaches and not too far from the bike trail, this comfortable house served our family of 6 adults well! Air conditioners in the bedrooms were a plus, as was the spacious outdoor shower. We enjoyed eating meals at the large dining table or in the enclosed side porch area. The outdoor space was nice too. We would recommend this house for a nice, comfortable stay in Eastham!

We loved how spacious the house was and how private, yet close to everything it was. It was well stocked and we loved the outside shower and enclosed porch.

This location is perfect for us; close to Thumpertown, beach, Wiley Park and Our favorite, First Encounter. We vacation with family that stays 4 houses down on the dirt road. It is private and safe for the kids to ride their bikes between the two homes. This house has plenty of room and everything you need. This is our second year at the Nassery home and we hope to come back next year.

I had a wonderful vacation at this property, with visits from my sister and daughter. The house is extremely comfortable. It is spacious, so people can do different activities (read, do yoga, attend a Zoom meeting). There are comfortable couches and chairs in the living room and den. While the house is not new, it has all the important amenities. I especially liked the sun room, which is bright and sunny. The sun room also has a table large enough for eating, playing games, or using as a desk. It was an easy walk to the bay beach. We would definitely return.

We enjoyed our week at your home. The cleanliness of the house was very much appreciated during this time, as were the supplies of hand soap and sanitizer. The screened porch was terrific- we ate all our meals there and played games there every night! Also loved the outdoor shower - one of the best!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. With two sitting areas and two outside areas, there was plenty of space to spread out and relax! We enjoyed coming home after a day at the beach to sit in the screen porch or BBQ on the back deck. The home had everything we needed!

This home was the perfect base for our family getaway to the Cape. We loved coming back every day to a relaxing evening in the sunroom. The master suite provided a nice respite for the adults at the end of the long day while the kids ran around the yard and ample space. We enjoyed several movie nights in the comfortable living room and the large table is great for family dinners.

We had an issue with the washer one day and the homeowner was so attentive, it was remedied by morning. The home was immaculately clean & comfortable. The location can't be beat & we'd definitely come back again. Thank you for all the memories!

This house was perfect for two families. We loved being close enough to the Bay beaches to walk, and so close to National Seashore also. The house was spotless clean with lovely updated furnishings. Owners provided masks and cleaning agents to help us feel safe. ACs in the bedrooms kept the house cool. Outdoor shower was great. BUT, the best thing about the house is the screened in porch... absolute heaven to spend an evening in.

I enjoyed my summer at your cottage. The enclosed porch was wonderful. I spent most of my time there and on the outside patio. Fortunately, the patio area was shaded as it was a really hot summer. It was really nice having that outdoor space.

What a beautiful home! The photos just do not do it justice. Beautifully appointed and so close to the bay and a variety of restaurants . Also just a short distance to the Stop & Shop Supermarket.

Although we love Cape Cod in the summer, there's something really special about a fall getaway. We started each day with a walk to the bay and returned for coffee in the screened in porch. We drove to Provincetown one afternoon to walk Commercial Street for some local shopping. We visited two local art galleries and finished our afternoon at The Lobster Pot for guess what, a lobster roll of course.

All in all, we had a wonderful stay and will certainly be returning to 325 Captain's Way!

We had a very nice time staying at this house in the woods on the Cape. It's a pretty wooded area within walking distance of the bay. Had a good time walking around and exploring. The house was clean and comfy. We look forward to coming back.

Ample communal space—great for families or 2-3 couples. Property can accommodate six to seven adults comfortably to eat and lounge. Well stocked kitchen! Great outdoor shower. Situated in private neighborhood. Quiet place to come back to after a day at the beach.

What an amazing time again!!! This is now our favorite place to visit. We have stayed at this home now on multiple occasions. The rooms fit myself and extended family perfectly. We had such a good time waking to the bay. Barbecuing on the new deck/patio. The open concept outdoor shower is amazing on a nice sunny day. The counter space and kitchen were perfect for us to stay indoor on one rainy day to bake and cook all of our meals. Can't wait for next year !

There was plenty of room for our crowd to relax and/or sleep after a long day of beach combing and treasure hunting. Your beautiful home is so centrally located that we were able to get to many beaches—and exploring as many of Cape Cod's natural wonders as possible was my family's main vacation goal. The kids had fun sprawling on the floor of the great room playing board games while we adults prepared meals, and they got such a kick out of the large dining table. :-) We adults enjoyed the cozy, homey feeling of the house, and we absolutely loved being able to find anything and everything throughout the house that we needed to feel as comfortable in your home as we do in our own homes. That was such a blessing! What an amazing place you have, everything is lovely, and we had such a great time there! We plan to return again and again as often as we're able to!!

My family of four all very much enjoyed your very well equipped home. The living space was very spacious with a living room, den, and large sun porch. The home is well situated and close to our favorite National Seashore beaches in Eastham. We also went to First Encounter Beach once to take advantage of a beautiful bayside beach. We drove twice to Provincetown in the evening and enjoyed walking on Commercial Street, which was bustling, and dinners out. Race Point is a worthwhile visit to another National Seashore beach which is less touristy and a nice alternative to the Eastham beaches. The home is in a quiet area. Overall, our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

This home is in a quiet neighborhood with a great location. It is so close to bay and ocean beaches, shops and many restaurants. When we arrived it was so clean and comfortable and very inviting! We loved the open kitchen and living room, and the sunroom was awesome! The owners were very helpful and so easy to deal with, and I would definitely stay here again! What a great home. We were five adults and a baby. There was plenty of room to sleep and lots of space to relax between the sun room, living room and ample yard space. Plenty of access to some of the best bakeries and lobster rolls around and I'd definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for us. The area is convenient and very quiet - we slept so well! The house has a warm and homey feel. We especially enjoyed the sunroom and having such a well-equipped kitchen to cook in. The large table in the kitchen was a wonderful way to spend time together in the open living area/kitchen.

We recently enjoyed a family vacation with a comfortable stay at this home. It was private and cozy with great space indoors and out. It was nice being close to Rte. 6 while still enjoying the seclusion of the neighborhood. Our kids loved the upstairs bedroom with twin beds. The sunroom was a great spot to enjoy coffee in the morning and cool breezes coming in the windows in the evening. Our stay at this house allowed us to have a relaxing, quiet vacation while still being close to several beaches and various activities.

We have been coming to the Cape for the past 16 years, and this was one of the best houses we have stayed at. It was extremely clean and well kept. We had 7 people with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. The outdoor shower was a favorite. My 4 year old daughter loved that there were 2 shower heads, and she claimed the lower one for herself. Thank you for sharing your house with us!

it was such a nice homey place to spend a week in Cape Cod. The vacation I had with friends in Cape Cod was made even better by staying in this beautiful house.

We've stayed here twice now in the fall, and have found the scenery and setting to be so peaceful. We love taking family walks in the area, then coming back to snuggle in the cozy living room. Also, Allen and Lucille accommodated our last minute stay request with grace and flexibility, which we appreciated. We will be back again!

We loved our time at this peaceful home. It is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a private back yard and an awesome outdoor shower. Indoors it has a spacious and well equipped kitchen, two comfortable living rooms, lots of bedrooms, and a bright/sunny screened in room. The location is perfect...close to all the good beaches, both ocean side and bay side, easy access to the rail trail for biking, as well as a short trip to Orleans for supplies and Wellfleet & Provincetown for fun :)

This is the second time my family and I have had the pleasure of vacationing in this lovely home! The rental property is lovely and features so many amenities it is like being at home. We had a great time in Eastham and found so many fun things to do during our stay. Everything about our stay was memorable.

We have been renting in Eastham for 20+ years and this is one of our favorite rentals. It is set in a quiet neighborhood in a convenient location near beaches and restaurants, etc. It has all the amenities you need (except a lobster fork/pick...) and is set up very comfortably. We loved the sun room all times of the day. There's plenty of room and a big yard too if you need that. Loved it all! Thanks for sharing your home.

We had a great time. Great place to hang out and relax. We enjoyed walking down to the beach and walking along while seeing the sunset. Plenty to do on Cape Cod, of course. We plan to come back again this year.

My husband, daughters and I had the privilege of staying in this beautiful vacation home over the summer and had such a fantastic trip! The house is lovely, quite inviting and cozy with plenty of living space. The yard is a good size for the kids to play, we loved relaxing in the sun room, and it's a short walk (or drive) to the bay. I highly recommend renting this home. We will certainly be back for a second visit next summer!
