The renters' favorite. A newer three bedroom Cape, this home's first floor has an open design for the living room, dining room, kitchen and den area. The kitchen has a beautiful, black granite eat-at counter and cooking area. There is a laundry and half bath off the kitchen.

The first floor master bedroom has a queen bed and a full bath with a tub/shower combination. The second floor has two bedrooms, one queen and one set of twins. There is a full bath with a tub/shower combination on the second floor. All bed rooms have air conditioners and ceiling fans. The house has WIFI and expanded cable as will as central vacuum system.

There is a deck with dining table and chairs off the dining area, shaded in morning and sunny in afternoon. And there is an enclosed outside shower off the deck.

The setting is peaceful and rural. There are distant marsh views and Great Island views from the second floor. The lawn is very large for volleyball or other sports. The street is a dead end with only 7 houses, making it safe for children on bikes. There is an abundance of birds and wildlife, as the house is near the Wellfleet Audubon Sanctuary.

The street is off Massasoit Road, the back road from Orleans to Wellfleet, so it is easy to stay off Route 6 and have less traffic. Marconi beach, Nauset Light Beach and So. Sunken Meadow beaches are 2 miles. Many other beaches a slightly farther. The Audubon, Wellfleet Theater, flea market and drive-in are in walking distance.

Cape cod bike trail is 1 1/2 mi and you can bike or park at the trail parking lot in Bracket Rd. There are many historical sites in Eastham. Nauset Light, Eastham Windmill, School house Museum, Pilgrim burial ground and the Swift-Daily house to name a few.
