Cape style home with brand new kitchen in 2013 and located on a private side road. Kingsbury Beach is about .5 away and Wiley Park on Great Pond about the same in the other direction. Nice level yard that is great for kids to play. Private deck off back and enclosed outdoor shower. The first floor has a lovely living romm with a flat screen TV with expanded cable (including NESN for baseball games!) A full bathroom with a shower is on this floor. All three bedrooms with A/C units are located on the second floor (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Double) with a shared full bath with tub and shower. Ceiling Fans in LR and master BR. Owner occasionally has a cat when in residence, however, NO Pets Accepted. Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $1850 per week in season * $200 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * State and Local Taxes Apply * Choice of $70 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $600 Security Deposit (refundable).
