SUNDAY TO SUNDAY RENTAL. This two bedroom, one bath has an kitchen that is open to the living room for room to relax. Located 3/10th of a mile to Sunken Meadow beach. Go to the beach and come home for lunch. There are two bedrooms one with a queen and a twin and one with a full and a twin. A/C units are in each of the bedrooms along with the kitchen/dining room for cool comfort. There is a deck off the kitchen and private enclosed shower for washing off after a long day at the beach. DOGS ALLOWED WITH $100 CLEANING FEE AND PROOF OF FLEA/TICK PROTECTION. Certain breeds are not allowed. $100 PER WEEK DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEK RENTALS. All reservations have a $100 reservation fee and a refundable security deposit.
