The house sleeps six comfortably with three bedrooms including an upstairs master bedroom (Queen bed), and two downstairs bedrooms with one full size and two twin beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen, vaulted ceilings, a spacious deck, beautiful outdoor shower, garage (to store bikes), AC in every bedroom, cable TV, Internet, a gas grill, washer/dryer, lobster pot, hammock, games, and more.

Within two miles of Marconi and Nauset Light Beaches, town ponds, and bayside beaches. There are many great restaurants in Eastham and surrounding towns, and we're within 25 minutes of Provincetown.

Most monthly utilities included. Electricity (to heat house) over $700/month paid by monthly renter.

    This house is clean and has everything you need. Location is amazing.... it's close to route 6, but far enough away that you don't hear or see the traffic. Rail trial is literally in the back yard and there's miles of trails in the seashore woods to explore. Short ride to either Marconi or Nauset.

    I also loved that the kitchen was fully stocked and had a dishwasher. Eating out every night gets expensive, but you can cook up quick meals with ease in this house.

    Nick was great to deal with and gave me some great local recommendations.

    Just book it! You won't regret it. And you'll probably return. I know I will...

    Great House

    We enjoyed staying at Nick & Laurie's rental. It was clean and had plenty of room for us. The kitchen was well-equipped and had everything we needed. I recommend this house--you won't be disappointed!

    Rental on bike path

    My family of 4 adults and 2 children stayed at the end of August. This house is very nice and so clean and was the perfect size for us. The kitchen had plenty of supplies. We love to bike so being on the bike trail was a plus. The location was perfect for trips to Macaroni Beach and to view the sunsets at First Encounter

    Great House

    Outstanding house in a great location. There's plenty of room and plenty of light throughout. The patio is great and the access to the bike trail is a real bonus.

    Fabulous House

    This house is so great! And the owners are tremendous. It's the perfect spot if you love the Outer Cape.

    The house is super clean and spacious, with cathedral ceilings, modern counter tops and a great open concept. It's the perfect setup if you enjoy cooking while you watch tv. And the location is amazing. It's in a quiet neighborhood, right on the bike trail 2 miles from Marconi Beach, and there are great fire roads and hiking trails that lead to cool cliffs and secluded beaches along the National Seashore.

    The house has a great deck out back, a huge grill and an outdoor shower. You can bike in the morning, hit the beach all afternoon and then BBQ and watch the Red Sox at night. It's Cape Life at its absolute best.

    And Nick and Laurie are super friendly, super responsive and extremely easy to get in touch with. I had no problems and have no complaints. I highly recommend this house if you love the Cape. Five stars all around.

    Amazing, Super Clean House and Fantastic Location to Beaches, Restaurants, and Mini Golf Galore!

    We stayed at this home for a week in August and it was a truly amazing experience. We are a family of four with two kids (ages 4 and 7) and this house was absolutely perfect. Each bedroom is air conditioned which is key and the house is filled with light from all of the windows. The large ceiling fan in the living rooms keeps the main living area of the home nice and cool, with all of the windows open it was perfect. The basement where the laundry was located was SO clean and well kept. />
    The bedrooms are super spacious and the Master has its own bathroom and floor, which was nice for privacy. The Kitchen was fully equipped with tons of dishware, cutlery, pots and pans, all the comforts of home.

    The location of the house couldn't have been better...right off Route 6, you are close to all of the action. We biked to Marconi Beach every day. The house comes fully equipped with 4 bikes, and they even had a two seater bike trailer for the little ones. The bike trail was literally 5 feet away from the house, it was so convenient with two little kids. Along the bike trail, a lot of the restaurants have entrances where you can stop to get an ice cream, drink, or bite to eat. The heated outside shower was awesome as was the peaceful hammock. Perfect place to relax after a day on the beach.

    The house is extremely close to Marconi Beach, Coast Guard Beach and Skaket and Nauset are a 15 minute drive. We loved being 20-25 minutes away from Provincetown and the Truro Winery. We enjoyed lots of Mini Golf, Pizza at The Red Barn, and Lobster Rolls at Moby Dick.

    The owners of the home were a pleasure to correspond with, they made it so easy to rent. I can't recommend this property enough. We will definitely be back! If you are a family looking for a place to rent, this is your place!

    Laurie and I have been vacationing at the Cape for many years prior to purchasing our Cape home in 2013. After experiencing many good (and a few bad) features, we wanted our home to be as convenient, easy-to-use, and fun as possible. We hope you enjoy the many characteristics our place has to offer!
