From the western part of Massachusetts, we have vacationed at the outer cape for years. We enjoy the Eastham & Orleans area because of the easy access to the beaches, restaurants, and all the other great amenities it has to offer. Since we are ''off season'' people, we are happy to share this piece of vacation paradise with our clients.

What is special about this property?
Our family has enjoyed this area for many years. When this property became available we knew it was the right one for us purchase and make available to families looking for a great place to relax and enjoy the wonders of the outer cape.

The unique benefit of this property is location, location, location. Close enough to be an easy walk to the bay beach, but far enough to still be a great value for families looking for an affordable vacation.

Two available units provide families with the option of a larger property, (4bedroom, 2 bath, 2 kitchens) while maintaining a little extra privacy.

What is special about your town?
The Eastham/Orleans area has the best access to the National Seashore, including the Visitors Center. The best bay beaches are in Eastham. (Alright, there are few nice bay beaches in Brewster and Orleans) Overall the area is the gateway to the outer cape, not far from the charm of Wellfleet Village, the solitude of Truro, and the excitement of Provincetown
Just a short distance back towards the mid cape along Route 6A, you'll find the eclectic shops and historical villages in Brewster, Dennis & Yarmouth.
