Grill up some food and steam some lobsters while the kids swim. Move on to the huge lawn area and play volleyball, wiffle ball, or boccie ball. Walk to the beach with a cocktail to see an amazing sunset. Sit in your Adirondack chairs and enjoy good stories while listening to the crackle of the wood in the fire pit. You'll be happy here!

The first house (Littleneck Cottage) is detached, and offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bath and 1 half bath. It features a deck, farmers porch, granite counters, outdoor shower, laundry, and central air.

The other two houses are attached by a two car garage, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath (Cherrystone Cottage) and 3 bedroom, 2 bath home (Quahog Cottage) have it all: central air, granite counters, stainless appliances, laundry in the basements, and beautiful mahogany decks to dine on. A must visit summer rental for multiple families who, at the end of the day, want their own space to relax.

Great family getaway: All three homes are situated on a 3/4 acre lot with a large yard that is equipped with a 20x40 in ground, heated salt water pool, volleyball net, outdoor kitchen, and a fire pit for the colder evenings. There is an outside pavilion area with a bar and tv. This is a great place to gather the entire group for meals and activities - even if it's raining!

    Magical Wedding

    We were fortunate enough to locate 3 by the Sea for our wedding guests and reception. Being from the North shore it was hidden gem to put most of our guests up in. Brianne and her husband were very gracious hosts. Plenty of space for the sit down formal dinner and loads of room to continue the party. I highly recommend 3 by the Sea you won't be able to find something as lovely and inviting for your special gathering.

    We had a great experience at 3 By the Sea this past weekend. Beautiful property and outdoor areas, spacious home with room for a large family/friends getaway, and close to local amenities & attractions made our stay perfect.     We rented the three houses because we had a team of 12 runners running the Ragnar relay race to Provincetown over 2 days. These houses were right in the route of the race. Everything was very new and clean and all three houses were comfortable. The location and setting were outstanding, even though it was unseasonably cool and rainy. The houses were well equipped, I only wish they had a few more pots and pans since we made a big dinner for 16 and that would have helped, but we were able to manage it. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Nice stay.

    3 by The Sea was the perfect setting for our family vacation. Three families, each having their own house all on the same property. The houses were move in ready. Anything you would need was at our fingertips even an array of beach equipment, from beach chairs water toys for the kids, yard games and a fire pit that all of us could gather around and talk the night away.     We rented '3 By the Sea' for a family reunion over Memorial Day Weekend and couldn't have asked for a better situation. The three houses readily accommodate our group of 16. It was so nice to have the 3 houses so we could be spread out and find a quiet spot if needed. One house has a garage converted to dining area with huge table/seating which worked perfect for our whole group to eat together. Loved the outside area with fire pit and pavilion. Nice lawn area for volleyball and other games. Each house is clean, beautifully finished and well equipped. Perfect location, quiet neighborhood yet only - 5 min walk to beach, easy ride on bike to get to the bike trail, and quick drive to ocean beaches. P-town was also a short drive away. Brianna stopped by to show us the ins and outs of the properties, and quickly responded when we had a small issue with internet. Everyone loved our stay there and we hope to come back again!
