This cottage was the perfect location for a relaxing getaway. Beautiful. The sounds of the ocean and the morning views make this home so unique. I have to note what a phenomenal job Pam and her family have done keeping all the charm of old Cape Cod and modernizing the new. Beautiful. Made me very nostalgic for summers with my grandparents spent on Cape Cod. Thank you for letting us be your guests.

This home was so thoughtfully designed, decorated, and furnished. We saw shooting stars, the Milky Way, satellites, and the International Space Station--all comfortably seated beneath the beautiful new pergola. We dined by the beam of Nauset Light, listened to the waves crashing at the bottom of the bluff. It's a place to be perfectly content. We are already looking forward to our next visit.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The views of the lighthouse and the ocean were spectacular! We loved sitting out on the patio listening to the waves crash and watching the lighthouse. Views of the stars were amazing at night. Inside, the house was beyond adorable. Highly recommend. Pamela was so amazing to work with! There was nothing we didn't like!

We loved this rental! For years we have rented a home in Wellfleet on the bay side of the cape, but we have always wanted to try the ocean side. This cottage was perfect! The sweeping view of the ocean was beyond our expectations, and we fell asleep to the sound of the crashing waves every night. The cottage was exactly as expected, and Pam was both super easy to work with and highly responsive to questions. Eastham turned out to be a great base for us as we explored all that the outer cape has to offer.

A perfect place to take advantage of a beautiful Spring week on the Cape while celebrating with family. We could not have asked for more. Nauset Light Cottage had everything: an amazing location that allowed for early morning walks on the beach, the sounds of the ocean nearby, and a warmly lit patio with comfortable outdoor seating to soak up the rising sun and the sweeping lighthouse and coastal views as one enjoyed a morning cup of coffee.
The one rainy day we played games around the table perfectly placed for the picturesque views of the Cape Cod mist and fog.

The cottage had all the amenities for a comfortable stay and is close to everything that Eastham has to offer (Mac's Seafood, Sam's Deli, Hole In One Bakery, etc). Pamela and her family provided a well appointed, clean, nicely redone and light filled space that was simply perfect.

We loved the cottage, it's fantastic! The views were spectacular by day but nothing compared to laying on the lawn watching the stars at night while listening to the waves crash ashore. We have never seen so many stars in our entire life.

The house was very convenient to the beach, bike path and great restaurants. Being an easy walk to the beach was a real bonus. Even at first light we strolled over to the beach and found many cars in the parking lot… but we were the only ones to walk there to witness such a beautiful sunrise!

Pam was very easy to work with, replied promptly and gave good information about the house. It was a perfect vacation and we can't wait to book for next year!!

I grew up in Massachusetts, so revisiting the Cape is nostalgic for me. Pam's cottage next to the Nauset Lighthouse and beach is a magical place, ideal as a central point to explore the Cape Cod National Seashore. My now-husband and I were married here at the end of our stay; needless to say, our family and friends were delighted. Pam made everything easy. And it goes without saying that we look forward to staying here next year for our first anniversary.

This was a wonderful place to stay, perfect for a relaxing family vacation. The cottage was clean, charming, welcoming and was well-equipped with everything we needed. The location cannot be beat! We recommend checking out the various books in the house that detail the history of the iconic Nauset Lighthouse and surrounding area. Pam was a wonderful host and very responsive. We will be back!

Our second stay here was just as good as the first! Adorable cottage, wonderful setting, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. Feels like home away from home! Very easy accommodating hosts!

Nauset Light cottage is in a prime location, just steps from Nauset Light beach & the lighthouse itself is right in the backyard. We had a great stay along with our teenage boys who just graduated from HS & are college bound later this year.

The cottage is cozy, comfy, bright with light streaming in from many windows. It has all the amenities you need during a vacation. Extras like a well stocked kitchen were helpful for all the breakfasts and the occasional eat in dinners even though we mostly ate out at Wellfleet, Dennisport etc.,

We did several trails including Dune shacks trial in Provincetown, bayberry viewpoint in Truro etc., and lots of walking on the Nauset Light beach.

NLC offers the best sunrises views ever - just walk 10 steps to the little spot across from the cottage & you have simply the best spot to watch the sunrise. Beach was clean & amazing waves, lots of seals in some spots :)

Boys golfed in nearby course and we also did a day trip to Nantucket which was amazing.

Thanks to Pamela & her family for being super quick in responding to any questions and also for stocking the cottage with beach chairs, umbrella and even a beach wagon - super convenient ! Having a friendly & responsive rental owner is a huge bonus :) Thanks !!

This cozy little house is beautifully renovated inside and out. It sits on a bluff with a view of the ocean and the Nauset lighthouse as its neighbor. It's the wilder side of Cape Cod, overlooking the National Seashore. Sit on the patio and look around at the sky, the scrubby tree line and the Atlantic waves. Walk 50 ft into the trails nestled into the trees and look out over the cliff at the expansive ocean view at the pristine seashore. A peasant and short stroll brings you down to the beach. You can find seals in the water and a rainbow of stones on the shore. Even in October, we enjoyed our visit. You can see this house is a labor of love for it owners and they are quick and responsive to guests.

We had an amazing stay at the Nauset Light Cottage. The location truly cannot be beat! There are amazing views of the lighthouse a few yards away as well as the Atlantic Ocean. From the sounds of the waves, to the star-filled skies at night, this was the most peaceful getaway we have ever experienced! It was amazing to watch the sunrise over the ocean while catching sights of seals swimming by. The cottage was very comfortable and welcoming. Pamela and David were very accommodating. We felt at home and found it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. We cannot wait to return next year!!

We were lucky enough to spend a week at the Nauset Light Cottage! The quintessential Cape Cod cottage paired with the modern amenities you need. The Wi-Fi and central air were most appreciated by our teens. The cottage is well laid out and equipped, comfortable and sparkling clean. The surroundings couldn't be more picturesque. There's nothing like falling asleep to the sound of the ocean waves and the beams from the lighthouse. A very private location that is a short stroll to the beach. So convenient to spend the day at the beach and be able to go up to the house for lunch and dinner! Pam, our host, could not have been more accommodating and kind. There was a rough storm one night of our week, and she even called to make sure that we were all OK. Hoping to return next year!

We just got back from our 3rd year at the Nauset Light Beach Cottage and once again we had a fabulous family vacation. The Tudryn's cottage is well stocked with everything you need. It's charming, clean, well-maintained and Pamela is wonderful to work with. Besides the cottage itself, we cannot say enough great things about the location and the views...beyond spectacular. Highly recommend!

Pamela's cottage is in the perfect location! We were able to walk 5 minutes to our favorite ocean beach, listen to the waves from the patio, and access the bike path in just a few minutes. Pamela was great to work with and the cottage had everything we needed. Already looking forward to coming back next year!

My family spent Thanksgiving 2018 at Pam’s awesome little house. The temperature was icy but we stayed snug and cozy despite the bitter winds. The house is a stone's throw from the iconic Nauset Lighthouse which plays its reassuring white and red beam on the coastline. Each morning my daughter and I took the short walk to the beach overlook to see the sunrise.

The house is comfy neat and clean and provided everyone with a favorite book to relax. The combo washer / dryer was very handy and the coffee pot makes great coffee.

We all were sad to leave and would love to return during warmer months next trip.

I am not sure where to start - Pam (owner) is so great to work with. She is very organized, and her home is beautiful, and it has everything you would need. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked, everything you need for the beach is there, just a perfect place for you and your family to stay. Now let's get to the location!! You can't ask for a better spot, the beach is across the street the light house basically abuts the property - what more can you ask for. If you want to listen to the waves while sleeping and enjoy the coast of Cape Cod this is your place. We will be going back.

Our family has just returned from another visit to this home in Eastham. The Tudryns continue to make improvements to their property, demonstrating their desire to ensure a wonderful stay for their guests. Whether a simple request from us, like providing a few, less popular kitchen utensils, or their vision for new windows and upstairs bathroom, the cottage is always welcoming and seemingly, designed with the specific needs of our family in mind. The owners take the time to get to know their guests and offer friendly communication on a regular basis. They share their Nauset cottage with ease, allowing their guests ample privacy, yet they are always available to return calls/texts in a timely manner. The cottage and setting is perfect, as are the Tudryns as off-site owners. Thank you for another great family week together. We'll be back!

When in Paris you want a room with a view of the Eiffel Tower. In London, the Thames River and Big Ben. When on the Cape, if you want no mistake where you are either, this cottage is hands down idilic. It is quintessential Cape Cod. At night its just you, the Atlantic Ocean and the Nauset Light House.

Even in the few days or nights when we had less than perfect weather, we still went to sleep to the sounds of the breaking waves and watched the lighthouse spot light cut through the fog.

Easy to walk down to the shore at any hour. At a whim we could stroll down at midnight to see the moon lit dunes or start the day with a walk along high tide, watching the many seals watching us, watching them, as they bob for breakfast. At lunchtime, easy to walk back to the cottage for lunch.

Short and easy ride to Provincetown for shopping as well as to First Encounter Beach or Race Point for sunsets. This rental is a great location to disconnect from the rest of the world and relax.

The cottage had everything we needed. The owners have put a lot of care into decorating the cottage. Pam was always pleasant and responsive to our communications throughout the planning and the stay.

Spent 5 days at Pam & David's wonderful cottage with our MA family. After looking at the "before & after" book, you can tell a lot of work was put into the cottage, & every detail was done with care. It's decorated with a beachy but tasteful feel * not over the top as some beach homes can be. It makes you feel right at home. Relaxing on the patio with its beautiful views or enjoying the outdoor shower - it was a perfect home away from home. We can't wait to spend some more time there with family & friends. We had the pleasure of staying at this magical, quaint cottage over Labor Day weekend! The location of the cottage was perfect (biking, hiking, and a quick drive to town). We could stroll down to the beach and soak up the sun, then come back and BBQ right on the patio with the view of the lighthouse and the sound of the crashing waves in the background. At night the sky lit up with stars like nothing I have ever seen. My family would sit out for hours gazing up at the sky. The cottage was fully equipped with all the necessities we needed, and Pamela was more than helpful with recommendations of the area and making sure we settled in ok. Our family of 5 loved it so much that we booked it again for next year!!!

We've been taking a late summer trip to Cape Cod for years now, but have never found a single place that we've liked enough to call home-away-from-home year after year; until now. If you've been to Nauset Light Beach, you've seen this house - the location is exactly where you think it is. For a summer beach-lover, that alone would be enough to recommend it, but the transformation that Pamela and David have made to the house sets it apart. The decor is a modern take on the classic Cape cottage style, and it really elevates the property. The improvements, including new flooring and a gorgeous stonework patio, are extremely well done and fit the character of the cottage as if they had always been there. The only hestitation I have in recommending this property is the fact that I wish it would stay my little secret, but the Tudryns deserve better. The last thing I'll mention is that the owners were some of the most welcoming and gracious hosts with whom I've ever interacted. Highly recommended.

If you have ever discovered a secret that you thought to yourself, 'this is so grand that I am NOT going to share it with anyone else,' that is the feeling my family and I have with Pamela and David's Cape Cod Cottage. Our family has been living on or visiting Cape Cod since the 1950's, and we have done a fair amount of renting. This cottage is wonderfully restored and in a magnificent location. So grand is this property that my family quickly decided that we would like to move in - forever! With respect to Pamela and David and their glorious efforts to restore and share their cottage, we will not keep secret our good fortune in discovering one of the finest rentals on Cape Cod! Once we got here, there was no need to go anywhere but the grocery store. Pamela and David have done a beautiful job fixing up this home. We enjoyed walking to the beach anytime of the day or night, sitting out on the patio during the day looking at the views of the ocean are spectacular, and at night watching Nauset Light is mesmerizing!

My family and I spent this past weekend enjoying a wonderfully relaxing stay at Pam's beautiful Cape home. Pam’s cottage couldn’t be in a better location! We all loved the fact that it is less than a five minute walk from one of the most beautiful beaches on the Cape, Nauset Light Beach, and that we had one of the most iconic Cape lighthouses right in our backyard. During our many trips down to the beach, we had the chance to enjoy countless shore birds and seals! If you’re someone who enjoys birding, this cottage and Eastham is the place to be! We spent the weekend enjoying the sounds of warblers, wrens, kingbirds, and more. Also, it is less than a five minute drive from the cottage to Route 6, granting us speedy access to all of the beaches and attractions of the outer and inner Cape.

Pam’s cottage has been lovingly renovated and decorated beautifully. All of the furniture, artwork, flooring, and other decorations have been chosen to accent the beauty of this home’s location and the beauty of the Cape. The color scheme and aesthetic reflects Pam’s attention to detail, desire for guests to have an enjoyable stay, and her pride in her home. There is a beautifully large outdoor shower and a wonderful outdoor patio. The patio has a plethora of seating options, perfect for watching the beautiful sunrise or sunset! There is an grill outside as well, perfect for a BBQ night!

I stayed the weekend before Memorial Day, before the busy season began. I enjoyed beautiful views from every window with the lighthouse right in the back yard. Sounds of the crashing waves easing me off to sleep. Coffee on the patio with a breath taking sunrise. A beach a short 5 minute walk. The cottage is freshly renovated and decorated with a sand and sea theme throughout . Nightlife and restaurants just around the corner. I loved how Pamela made me feel like part of her family making the whole experience a joy. I'm looking forward to next visit

We stayed at the Nauset Light cottage for a long weekend. Absolutely beautiful location! The property has been lovingly renovated. The views from the cottage of the lighthouse and ocean are wonderful. Nothing can beat sitting on the patio with a morning cup of coffee listening to the sounds of the ocean. Pam and David were great to deal with and very accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy this lovely cottage.
