Very nice, neat and spacious Cape Style home located on the bayside of Eastham. This home has three bedrooms, one full bath and one half bath along with a great outside shower. Enter into a nice open living room, dining area and kitchen. A bright & sunny three season room is off of the dining area and this room opens up to the spacious outside deck. The first floor also has a bedroom with a queen sized bed and there is a half bathroom with a washer and dryer on this first floor as well. Upstairs, there is a loft den area with a 42'' flat screened TV for watching baseball games on NESN! There are two lovely bedrooms on the second floor ~ 1 with a queen and the other with 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have an A/C unit. There is a hallway full bathroom with a tub on this floor. The deck has an Outside Enclosed Shower, a gas BBQ grill and seating for dining and relaxing. Cooks Brook Beach (1 mile) and Cape Cod National Seashore (approximately 2.5 miles).
