Beautifully landscaped full Cape gem on private cul-de-sac

My husband and I recently rented this lovely home to get some much needed relaxation. The property was exactly as described and exceeded our expectations. The location was convenient to all our favorite places on the Cape. We enjoyed picnics on a couple of beaches we hadn't been to before, biked through the dunes on the Province Lands Bike Trail near Provincetown, biked on the Cape Cod Rail Trail, and hiked the Great Island Trail in Wellfleet. We looked forward to returning to Judy's cottage each evening after our adventures. The beautifully landscaped yard was so peaceful.

We had such a great week on the Cape and the house rental added to it in many ways. The house itself had everything that we needed and more. The homes upkeep is excellent, very clean and has a nice warm feel with great gardens. Home is in a great location, within minutes we were at the National Seashore and town beaches, bike path and all the great Eastham and Orleans restaurants and ice cream shops! The owner's "touch" at this home makes you feel like you're staying in someone's loved home. Beautifully landscaped/gardened property with magnificent hydrangeas, flowerbeds, that is park like. The home itself is very clean and with plenty of comfortable room for our adult family of five (5). We had visits from local turkey, rabbits, and even a passing turtle. Great location for quick access to National Seashore beaches and Eastham/Orleans/Chatham restaurants, shopping, and markets. Thanks for sharing your home with us. This house is in an ideal location. No matter what direction you travel. With all of the comforts of home. Plenty of space indoors and peaceful setting outside with all landscaping. Would highly recommend and would stay here again.

We originally rented this home because it was close to Coast Guard beach and the Cape Cod Rail Trail (bike trail). The house is surrounded by beautiful landscaping, bunnies and wild birds! It had all the amenities needed including a great outdoor deck and grill. The outdoor shower was appreciated by our guests! Quiet area.

My husband and I brought our 2.5 year old son to the cape for the first time this year and Judith's house was perfect! It is clean, everything was in working order, cabinets stocked for cooking, pristine grill outside, not to mention the gorgeous landscaping (I wish the figs were ready!) . It was so peaceful sitting on the back deck. The lot is perfect for families with young children because of the cul-de-sac, very safe to play outside or ride bikes. The location of the house was minutes from the beach, bike trails, a great farm stand with beautiful produce, and a great deli for sandwiches for the beach. First Encounter Beach is on the Bay side and really great for young children. The sunset is amazing there too. We loved the house! show more show less

My wife and I along with our 2 adult sons stayed at this lovely house for a week. The house is immaculately kept, has new appliances, multiple AC's and TV's. The owner was quite gracious and checked to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The house's proximity to Nauset, and in fact all the beaches and restaurants in Orleans, Eastham, Brewster and Wellfleet, is a big plus. The landscaping is beautiful and delightful to view while having breakfast or an evening cocktail.
