This three bedroom quintessential full Cape hosts 2 queen and one double bedrooms and 2 full baths. It's beautifully landscaped and located on a private, quiet cul-de-sac, perfect for families with children. The second floor master bedroom has a newly renovated, en-suite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and two shower heads so you can shower with a friend. The soaring 20-foot cathedral ceilinged living room has a large 50'' flat screen TV & DVD player, WiFi and ceiling fans. The kitchen, dining room and living room are part of airy, light-filled open floor plan. A full size washer and dryer are in the basement. The rear deck hosts a Weber gas grill, an outdoor shower and comfortable outdoor seating.

The house is located 10 minutes from Nauset Light and Coast Guard Beaches in Eastham and adjacent to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. Less than a quarter mile to Orleans shopping and restaurants and 15 minutes to renowned Nauset Beach this year-round gem is waiting to host your perfect Cape vacation.

Wonderful House

My wife and I along with our 2 adult sons stayed at this lovely house for a week. The house is immaculately kept, has new appliances, multiple AC's and TV's. The owner was quite gracious and checked to make sure everything was going well during our stay. The house's proximity to Nauset, and in fact all the beaches and restaurants in Orleans, Eastham, Brewster and Wellfleet, is a big plus. The landscaping is beautiful and delightful to view while having breakfast or an evening cocktail.

I've raised my family as artistic director of a thriving salon and spa in Orleans. Originally from NYC, I moved here, raised my now adult kids and enjoy sharing my home and gardens with our seasonal guests. Each year, I add, update, redo and otherwise invest in the house or gardens, so when not rented out for the summer, I come home from a demanding day to the privacy, peace and beauty that is fitting for a home on the Cape. I love living surrounded by so much beauty. It's part of my industry, my artistic life and the pleasure of life surrounded by water.

What is special about this property?
I love that my well-built, snug but light-filled home has an open floor plan and a large lot because it was the first house built on our quiet, private cul-de-sac. The gardens in the back yard host cherry, apple and plum trees as well as a fig bush. In season, their fruit is yours. Off-season, I love working the garden, which brings me so much peace and satisfaction. I think when you're in the house, you just feel good.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is cool. Did you know this little town won a 2017 federal Smart Street award for the reinvestment the town has made in itself? We are located between Cape Cod Bay with First Encounter Beach and Coast Guard and Nauset Light Beach on the Atlantic side. Access to the Cape Cod Rail Trail is one street away. We have a brand new library, antique shows and concerts on the Windmill Green, our own Ben & Jerry's plus our own general store and Thai food in this little year-round town of 3,000 people.
Located between Wellfleet, the gallery town and Orleans, the market town, Eastham is understated, low key and breathtaking.
