You can't go wrong with this rental. It is spacious, comfortable, clean and the owners are great hosts who are very responsive and thoughtful. We loved having dinner and breakfast on the screened porch. In the evenings after dinner we settled in to watch a movie in the living room which was very comfortable. The house is stocked with everything you need so there is no need to take time from your vacation to pick up a lot of necessities. Location is great too within walking distance to the Superette and a short drive to the bay beaches and National Seashore.

Very well set up and relaxing home for a family vacation. Has pond view to front and abuts conservation area to rear. Our favorite and most used feature was the full length screened back porch. It had a couch and chairs at one end, amazing wrought iron long table in the middle, and a wonderful "swing bed" at other end. Appreciated the well-stocked essentials also. Feels off the beaten path, but is very close to many attractions, especially beaches and ponds.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home! Location is walking distance to bike trail and Eastham Superette! Everyone was comfortable and the porch was an oasis both at sunrise and in the evening as well as the one rainy day we encountered. I'm an outdoor shower snob. This recently updated shower was perfect!

This house fit all of our needs perfectly. We were a group of 7 that fluctuated over our 2-week stay and we also had 2 dogs. Everyone had plenty of space. The gorgeous screened-in porch was where we spent most nights playing games and snacking. The outdoor shower was fantastic - we're longtime renters and I have to say it was the best in years.

We walked/ran/biked and rollerbladed to the bike path which was always a prereq. to stay close to for us. It's a comfortable and clean home and Rob was very accommodating and so easy to work with who also offered a ton of area knowledge for kayaking for my daughter and her boyfriend. We all had a fabulous time!

House was very welcoming with beautiful wood floors, plenty of bedrooms, and the most amazing screened porch. As far as location, you are right in the middle of it all. Close to Wellfleet, Truro, P-town yet close to the other end as well with Chatham, Orleans, Harwich around the corner. Clean, clean! The kitchen contained everything you would need. The washer/dryer was conveniently located right off kitchen. The 2 bathrooms was also a plus. Furniture was very comfortable. We enjoyed many afternoons lounging in the chairs in the front yard bathing in the sunshine.

Our vacation included 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Mornings on the porch overlooking the variety of wild birds was so peaceful. We enjoyed daily walks around the quiet neighborhood and trips to the close beaches and restaurants. Arnold's take-out was our favorite! Our kids, 8 & 11, enjoyed the arcade trips at Red Barn Pizza, Cartwheels go-karts in Dennis, walking the Jetty in Provincetown & watching the seals in Chatham.

I would look forward to renting again.

We loved, loved LOVED this house! My husband and I came with our daughters, their spouses and our 18 month granddaughter. We all had little dogs which were welcome as well. The location could not have been better. The house was spacious with a gorgeous very large screened in porch, which was where we spent the majority of our time when we were "home."We will definitely be back!

We stayed for 2 weeks in this Eastham rental and enjoyed our stay. Well furnished, beautiful new large screened in porch, kitchen well equipped and great location. Owners were very responsive especially seeing we had 2 hurricanes to deal with. I love the Sunday to Sunday rental and dogs allowed was a huge plus! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Great house, comfortable, well stocked, great views, easily bikeable to general store, public pond and bike trail. Best part by far was the gorgeous screened in porch!

We rented this comfortable home for two weeks, allowing our children, their spouses and our three grandchildren to join us for a long middle weekend. We love Eastham and thoroughly enjoyed this home's convenient location and amazing screened in porch. Our grandchildren loved the outdoor shower! Rob is a wonderful host, readily available to patiently answer any and all questions. Thanks to him, our summer Cape family vacations continue beyond the more than 15 years we have gathered our family in Eastham.

This house was all that we hoped for and more. The lovely new screen porch had recently been completed and was amazing for it's spaciousness and also for its comfortable new furniture. This was by far our favorite space. The room gets morning sun and was a perfect place to sip your coffee and enjoy the sounds of the resident bird life.

The open living and dining area were also very comfortable with new couches and a nice big-screen TV. The kitchen was recently updated as well with nice new appliances and everything you could want for cooking or other wise taking meals in. We loved having the propane grill available to us on nights we decided to stay in and make an easy dinner.

This is a nice, quiet neighborhood with a lovely pond across the street and an easy walk to the bike trail. Just about everything is close at hand. Bay and ocean beaches were a few minutes drive. The local grocer is a mile or so and the super grocery store in Orleans about 10 minutes. Bedrooms and baths were also comfortable and updated.

We really loved our week stay in this sweet in-town neighborhood! We hope to be back again.

We enjoyed our time staying in this cottage. All appliances worked well and the house was equipped with all the necessary items to enjoy our time there. I would consider renting it again. It is close to both bay and ocean beaches, the bike path and the village green.. There are a good number of restaurants close by as well as activities for children. Working with the owner was easy and he was very responsive.

Spent a week here with our 3 college age kids & Labrador. Very nice relaxing out front with water view...coffee in the morning & wine in the evening. Plenty of space for all of us. Great location, good for walks to Great Pond or short parts of bike trail. Very close to natural seashore beaches. Rob & his family very easy to book with. Very nice home. Thanks so much!

A lovely home in a perfect location! Meticulously maintained, charming, homey, fully equipped with tons of extras. If I have a choice I won't stay anywhere else on the Cape! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We had a blast!

We stayed in this home for one week this summer. We had two families with children and one golden retriever staying in the home and we had room to spare! The bunk room was perfect for all the kids. The home is in a wonderful location, near the bike trail, near the old mill and relatively close to the beach. The home was clean and very comfortable. The kids got a kick out of the lobster trap coffee table! The hosts were very responsive and very welcoming. We can't recommend this home highly enough! Thanks for helping us have a wonderful family vacation!

My best friend and I travel to Cape Cod every year with the kids. Rob's home was perfect! We are a group of 8 and everyone had enough space. Proximity to the bay beaches was great. Right off the main road so even ladies that get easily lost had no problem finding their way! Favorite things about the house: 2 full baths, hammock for the kids, outdoor shower, definitely ,and the GIANT clothes line to hang our towels everyday after the beach!
