We had another great stay at this home. Denise's house is very comfortable and has everything one would need for a vacation down the Cape. It is centrally located with plenty of great restaurants and things to do. And even with Hurricane Erin blowing in we were still able to enjoy the beaches. We did the walk to the overlook and Nauset lighthouse almost every day. The backyard is peaceful, and the outdoor shower is great - no need to shower inside. Have already put in a request for 2026!

Thanks again for such a perfect place for our family to stay on the cape! Been staying at this home for well over 15 years-minus a few. We travel with our 4 boys and 2 labs. We have only had wonderful experiences and continue to return year after year. So many wonderful memories have been made here and we look forward to many more. The location is perfect and have just about perfected our weekly plan; from national seashore beaches and local seafood restaurants, the proximity to busier Orleans and Chatham and of course P-Town we just love it here.

We have enjoyed staying at this property for many years. It is always very clean, neat and well stocked with anything you would need for a wonderful vacation.

Perfect location close to beaches on either side of Eastham and in a very cute neighborhood bike-able to the rail trail. The place was spacious and well equipped. Nice big kitchen. We really enjoyed our stay.

Our family of 6 people (all adults) stayed at the house in late September and had a great time. House is spacious, with all amenities you may need, with a great yard and grill and places to hang out and relax. Denise was easy to communicate with and provided helpful information and clear instructions. There are many beaches nearby, bike path and many places to walk. Overall, great house, highly recommend.

This is our family's second time staying at Denise's house and it doesn't disappoint. The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood but close to the beaches, restaurants and drive-in. The house is comfortable and pretty much has everything one would need to settle in. The outdoor firepit is great and the outdoor shower is the best. Our family has been vacationing in No. Eastham for well over 20 years and plan on continuing to rent with Denise - already booked for 2025.

My family has been visiting the cape for almost 18 years and many of those visits have been to this lovely home. We cherish our time here and hope to make many memories in the future. This owner is attentive and prompt, the property is well cared for and has always suited our family with 4 kids well. Location is perfect.

This property was perfect for our annual autumn Cape Cod get away. After nearly 20 years of renting a home in Eastham, the owner sold and it became a private residence, so we've spent 4 years looking for the perfect new space. We've found it! The layout of the home was spacious and the location was excellent with easy access to both the bay and Atlantic beaches as well as restaurants in Eastham, Wellfleet and Orleans. We enjoyed the large deck and our pups had a great time in the nicely kept backyard. Denise, our host, was very responsive and accommodating. We're already looking forward to next fall!

I have been staying at the Cape for over 20 summers and have been renting through this site. When looking for a dog friendly place, it can be a little dicey regarding cleanliness. I am kind of picky. This place could not have been a better choice. It was clean, the kitchen was well stocked, the outdoor space was lovely with a fire pit and comfortable chairs. The living room was comfortable and you just a few minutes from the ocean side. the owner, Denise was extremely responsive when we locked ourselves out of a room. We would absolutely rent again - look no further for a dog friendly place.

We have been vacationing in North Eastham for 20 years and this was the first time at this house - it was a great experience. The house is exactly as advertised - spacious and comfortable. Love the outdoor shower - we were lucky enough to have great weather so never needed to go indoors. The back yard is peaceful and quiet and although we did not use the firepit it is very well set-up. Location is convenient to either bay-side or ocean beaches and close to many great restaurants or activities (mini-golf, drive-in, walking trails). A wonderful find and hope to be back next year!

We love going to the Cape and have been staying at this house for many years now. The house is always clean and well stocked with everything you may need for an enjoyable stay! Love sitting on the deck with our morning coffee before heading to the beach, flea market, miniature golfing or whatever we may decide to do for the day. We plan to go back every year for as long as we can :)

This house is beautiful and we love staying here every year. The back deck is so relaxing and walking the dog in the quiet neighborhood is always wonderful. So nice to have the washer and dryer 2! We spent a wonderful pre-season week at Denise's house. All of the reviews were accurate. We've rented on the Cape for 30+ years. This house was fully stocked, sheets, towels, kitchen supplies, and perfectly cleaned. The back deck was cozy both for lounging and enjoying morning coffee. Best part, Denise welcomes dogs, it was such a nice neighborhood to walk our lab. The nearby bike trail, and Nauset beach a huge plus. Also the house was perfectly located for food shopping in Orleans, and our favorite French bakery in Wellfleet.

House was amazing! Fully stocked but has space to store the stuff you bring along. House was clean and so quiet. Loved the outside gas fire place, so nice to relax around at night. Could bring our four legged family member which is a definite plus!!! Location is great, close to the beach and lots of side streets to take walks! Really was just like home!

We enjoyed our stay here! We found the house to be spacious enough to accommodate family dinners of 8 people. The house was clean and pretty. The updated kitchen was wonderful, although since we cooked in often we wished there were more staples provided. The back yard was very private and the deck was fantastic for our before dinner card games. It was very hot during most of the 2 weeks we were there, but we used the fire pit a couple of times and it was awesome. Denise was excellent about resolving issues (raccoons in the garbage was the only main incident we encountered), and we would recommend this as a place to stay. Very close to Nauset Light beach, lots of areas to walk (path through woods to high school with the doggies), and also close to the bike trail--big pluses.

We love the Cape and especially love this house! The house is clean and has everything and anything you could want or need for your vacation. We've been staying here for about 15 years and always love returning. Denise is a most accommodating hostess, and we love her.

Great pet friendly house. Denise was a pleasure to rent from. The location is perfect. The house was clean and comfortable. The yard is even nice and green unlike most cape grass. Very well taken care of! If you love summers in the cape we would recommend coming here. She even has mini splits for AC if you come up in the dog days of summer.

The place house was clean and equipped with all appropriate utensils and appliances. Bedrooms are spacious and all linens were provided. The host was helpful and attentive to all our needs. I would highly recommend it.

We had a great stay in the house over Thanksgiving. It had everything we needed to make a dinner in the lovely new kitchen. The place is clean and comfortable and the loft space upstairs was a hit with my teen. We liked being close to Nauset Light Beach but just a short trip to the Chocolate Cafe.

We had a wonderful vacation at the Anawon house. The recent upgrades to the property both inside and out were beautiful. Great location and amenities, and Denise is a welcoming and responsive host. This was our second stay here and we hope to return again.

Enjoyed our annual vacation at the Cape. We've stayed at a different house each of the 12 years. This house rates right up there for location, comfort and cleanliness. The owner was very responsive to our needs and we greatly appreciated that.

You can't go wrong with staying at this house. There's enough room for two families to enjoy. It's close to the bike path (1/2 mile) and the ocean. Between the fire pit, BBQ grill, central air, outdoor shower, hammock, and comfortable furniture, you'll feel quite at home. The house was sparkling clean and the owner is easily available should the need arise.

My family and I rented this home last summer and enjoyed a relaxing stay on the Cape. Our family has been renting on the Cape for the last 25 years, and this was definitely one of the most comfortable and cleanest homes we have stayed in! The location was fabulous, with only a 5 minute drive or ten minute bike ride to the Nausset Light beach, or a short ride to the rail trail. The house sits on a very quiet street, but is just a short drive to everything you need. We will definitely return!

My family of four has vacationed on the Cape for many years and we are very happy to have found this home. It is in a quiet neighborhood in a great location. The pandemic has added challenges to safely vacationing, and I was impressed by the cleaning protocols followed by the owner. The house was spotless - we felt completely comfortable and safe. The bedrooms are large with plenty of storage, and there are many amenities that are kept in good working order. The washer and dryer, dishwasher, gas grill and outdoor shower were clean and modern, and the wifi kept up with all of our demands. There is a lovely, spacious, private yard and a large deck with a table and chairs. Our dog joined us on the trip and there was plenty of space for his large crate. It's a nice neighborhood for walking your dog, too.

The house is close to lots of eateries for dining in (outside these days, lol) and for takeout, or just sandwiches for the beach. There is also a large grocery store nearby that is just off the Orleans Circle. Nauset Light beach is just a bike ride away, but Coast Guard and Marconi are super close, too (we prefer ocean side beaches). We always enjoy hitting the flea market at the Wellfleet Drive-in and there are plenty of other shopping opportunities nearby. The Cape Cod Rail Trail is also very close, so bring your bikes! I can't wait to go back this summer!

My family and I have been staying at this property for the last eleven years and we love it! The house is very clean and well maintained. We love the little surprises the owner leaves for us each year and hope to return for years to come.

We've rented this property for the last 2 summers and have absolutely loved it! Large open spaces, good size bedrooms, nice yard, and a great deck. Early morning walks on the National Seashore, afternoons on the bike trails or enjoying the bay side beaches, and relaxing nights on the deck enjoying some BBQ and cocktails. Also close to restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of shops and ice cream stands. All in all, the perfect location for the perfect vacation. Highly recommended.

We rented this home for a family vacation. My husband, 2 adult children and one spouse. Great location and the house was immaculate. We went to Nauset Light Beach almost every day. Back deck was perfect for after beach happy hour. Please note that this is a very quiet neighborhood. Owners' recommendations for restaurants and grocery stores were right on. Will definitely be back.

Our family stayed here in summer of 2017. We loved it. Perfect home and close to many beaches. Denise was a great host and we will be back in 2019. We are in Lake Placid for 2018.

This season will be our fourth time staying here. We've been spending our summer vacations at the Cape for 15 years and this house has been our favorite. When we arrive, we look forward to our welcome basket and a quick visit with Denise to catch up. The house is always clean and the beds are comfortable. The street is very quiet and our dog loves our morning walks. The streets are quiet enough for the kids to ride their bikes or skateboard without constant cars going by. The wifi in the house is very quick also. Great for families with lots of devices like ours. The upstairs bedroom is private and huge and has its own bathroom. The ocean beach is close but we prefer getting a weekly pass to the bay beaches and going to a different beach each day. The beaches in Eastham are the best. It's also close to the bike path. All in all we would highly recommend this house. Just don't steal our week :-)

We have been staying at Denise's house for so many years, every Mother's Day weekend, that we consider it our Cape house. The house is comfortable, spacious, full of amenities, a spacious backyard & is on a safe, out of the way street so our kids feel safe riding their bikes or going for a walk. Denise is a wonderful hostess!

This was our 1st trip to Cape Cod and we were so happy with this property. The owner was great to work with and was always quick to respond any inquiries that we had. The property itself was great. Large open floor plan, spotless, and close to all the beaches and restaurants. We spent days hitting the bay beaches, and nights and evenings relaxing on the deck. We will definitely be back.

We have been staying in this house for the past 8 years and we love the comfortability it offers. Neat, clean with everything you would need for a week of relaxation and fun. We intend to visit for many years to come.

Our family of 6 has stayed at this property many times. I believe 5 times maybe 6. We love the location! My four boys get excited when we tell them we are going back! The home is simple but sufficient. It has always met our needs and best of all we can bring out furry friends with us! I love and always look forward to the outdoor shower, basically the only place I shower for the week!

Denise is always very responsive to our needs and inquiries. In the past, we have stayed for one week at a time and this year it's going to be 2 weeks!! We cannot wait! We also look forward to the goodie bags with some essentials that she adds as a special extra. we have never experienced with any other rental (If you come across those gummy lobsters from Christmas Tree Shop, feel free, Denise, to toss those in the goodie bags.. lol We loved them and haven't seen them since!)

This was the perfect house for us! Clean, well equipped and close to everything. The bike trail is just a few blocks away, National seashore is nearby, public beaches, great shopping and restaurants...so convenient. We needed a pet friendly home, and many times that means the accommodations are not the greatest....but this home is an exception. Large living room and kitchen, roomy bedrooms. Love it and am looking forward to booking for next year. If I had one suggestion - maybe a larger TV in the living room.

Great place which is clean and well maintained. Only reason for 4 star and not 5 is that bedding and pillows could really use updating. But that is IT!!!! This price is fantastic. We were leary until we got there since so many others charge a great deal more. Denise is a terrific dog friendly hostess and we even arrived to find a complimentary goodie bag! So close to beaches, food, a nice lake for swimming. Short drive to Provincetown. We are absolutely returning next year! Kim and Mark Fitzpatrick
