50 steps to private deck and stairs to the family/friendly tidal beach for kids of all ages. A perfect place for sunbathing, sand castle building, action games,long walks and beach combing for shells and sea glass and of course swimming.

Private parking behind cottage in the quiet friendly neighborhood. Within 3 miles is the Cape Cod National Seashore; beautiful bike trails; ocean beaches and endless nature walks. Rock Harbor, only 5 miles away, offers charter fishing trips. Audubon Sanctuary is also nearby. Ice cream shops, mini golf ranges, children's parks and fresh water ponds, gift shops, family restaurants, flea market and Drive-In movie theater are all right here in Eastham. Evenings can be spent watching CapeCod League collegiate baseball games at beautiful Eldredge Field in nearby Orleans.

    Family owed property for 70+ years : 5 generations have created fond memories at Thumpertown Beach
    Rental history for 30+ years with several repeat renters who have become our ''summer families''
    We share the property with our ''summer home'' (nextdoor) and enjoy the opportunity to meet new vacationers and their families.
    We are blessed to have this little ''piece of heaven'' to call our own ! And to be able to share it with YOU.

    We see sunsets,moon rises, shooting stars,tidal changes; beautiful sandy beach
    Warm water for swimming; and small boating activities
    Family oriented beach, free range for children to explore seashore and nature
