The main level has a full kitchen, large living room and dining room along with an upper level with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths.

The middle level has its own living room coffee/wine bar along with a laundry room, and 2 full baths.

The lower level has one bedroom, full bath, living room and kitchen.

A pool, fire pit, outdoor shower and Weber grill complete your outdoor living needs.

** Pool heating is included in stays of 7 nights or more. If you book less than 7 nights the charge for heating the pool is an additional $200. **

    Great family vacation

    We had a great family vacation here. The house is laid out so well that although there were 16 of us, we never felt crowded. We had 9 adults and 7 kids ranging in age 9-17. We also had family in the area spend time and eat dinners with us (3 adults and 2 boys same age range). It's amazing that we didn't get in each other's way.

    The pool is great, the volleyball court and the shuffleboard table got a lot of use. Although this site lists it as 5 bedrooms there are actually 7 bedrooms, beds for all 16 of us, and not sofa beds. We loved the place and the area.

    Great Family Vacation Place!

    Our group of 16— four generations from 18 months to 81 years, had a fantastic week here. Plenty of space to spread out with threel iving areas plus outside. Three refrigerators, so plenty of cold storage. And the pool is fantastic! The downstairs living room has a shuffle board which most of us had never played, but all ages loved it—it was kind of mesmerizing. We walked to the beach each night for sunsets. The propane pizza oven made for fun homemade pizza night. Brianna was very responsive, if we had a question, she replied immediately. show more show less

    Celebrating 50 years with family

    We celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary in June, but this week in July was when we celebrated with family. It was a week packed with magnificent memories. This was the perfect house for four families to come together. There were activities nearby for each of us: wildlife sanctuary, bay beaches, ocean beaches with a National Park and even a drive-in movie! This was the perfect house for a large group (12 of us, all ages) where we could come together when we needed to do so yet roomy enough for private space. We loved the time we spent at Horseshoe Landing and hope to come back someday. show more show less
