What a beautiful home and love the location
    November 2025

We are the millers, and have been staying at this property for the past 4 years, and just got around to writing a review. The owners are wonderful and make our stay always welcoming. The home is large, with a great layout, view, and best of all, steps to the ocean. It's safe, only residents on a dead-end street and well well-maintained private road. The upside setup is great, as we can sleep on the first floor and the second floor is wide open, and access to the deck overlooking the ocean, and you can really hear the ocean's waves during the night. Highly recommended. show more show less

We stayed at the property and it was a beautiful home, great setup and steps to the ocean. Private road on dead-end street and close to Kingsbury Beach, and the path to the beach was only 150 feet, and its in the pictures on the website. The house is spacious, looks new and great upside-down house with great views of the bay side ocean... Highly recommended

About Us - Ida and Ed, and family

    Welcome to our dream home!
We purchased this beautiful piece of land in 2001 with a simple vision: to build a perfect, safe vacation retreat where our family could create lasting memories. With two young children who absolutely lived for the beach, Eastham felt like the ideal spot.

We chose this specific location on the bay side because of the private, dead-end street, which offered a safe environment for our kids to play freely. The bay itself is magical—whether we're watching the ocean recede for miles at low tide or enjoying a safe swim at high tide, it's always been our happy place.

Over the years, this house has hosted countless sunsets, sandy feet, and shared laughter. We now open our home to you, hoping you'll feel the same sense of peace and joy that our family has found here for two decades. We are delighted to share our piece of Cape Cod paradise with you!

What is special about this property?
The greatest asset of our home is its unparalleled location, offering the best of Cape Cod right at your doorstep.

The ''Feet from the Bay'' Experience:
What we love most is the immediate connection to the water. We are literally 50 feet from the ocean (Cape Cod Bay). You can transition from the breakfast table to the beach in less than a minute.

    A Private, Residents-Only Oasis:
Our home sits on a private, dead-end street, ensuring a tranquil and safe environment. The nearby beach access is strictly for residents and guests within the neighborhood—there is no public parking. This creates a wonderfully family-friendly atmosphere that feels exclusive and peaceful, far from public crowds.

Dual Beach Access & Natural Beauty:
You have the unique advantage of enjoying two distinct coastal experiences:
The Bayside (Steps Away): Kingsbury Beach offers calm, warm bay waters ideal for swimming, young children, and spectacular long walks on the sand flats at low tide.

The Atlantic Side (Minutes Away): Much of the Atlantic side nearby is protected National Seashore land, meaning stunning, natural beauty is preserved and easily accessible by a short drive.
It's a rare combination of privacy, immediate beach access, and proximity to all the charming activities and amenities Eastham has to offer. This house truly provides the ultimate, hassle-free Cape Cod vacation experience.

What is special about your town?
Eastham is special for its unique combination of serene bay beaches and the wild, protected coastline of the Cape Cod National Seashore, with historical landmarks adding to its Outer Cape charm. Its desirability comes from being a quiet, family-friendly town with a low-key atmosphere, while still providing easy access to outdoor activities, dining, and other popular Cape destinations.

    What Makes Eastham Special
Gateway to the National Seashore: A large portion of the town is part of the Cape Cod National Seashore, protecting its wide-open spaces, marshes, and dunes from development. The Salt Pond Visitor Center, the primary hub for the National Seashore, is located right in Eastham and offers trail access, educational exhibits, and guided activities for families.

Dual-Nature Beaches: Visitors get the best of both worlds, with calm, warm bay beaches and the spectacular, wavy Atlantic ocean beaches just a short drive apart. The beaches on the bay side, like Kingsbury Beach, are known for their quiet waters and expansive tidal flats at low tide, which are perfect for young children and sunset viewing. The National Seashore's Coast Guard Beach and Nauset Light Beach offer bigger waves for body surfing.

Historic Significance: Eastham is steeped in history, from its origin as a 1644 Pilgrim settlement to its whaling past. Notable historical sites include:
Nauset Light and the Three Sisters Lighthouses: These iconic lighthouses are popular attractions
