We enjoyed our week at Michelle's house. The house was equipped with everything we needed. It was clean and comfortable. We appreciated the AC units as our week was extremely hot. The views from the 2 upstairs bedrooms can't be beat. We made use of the kayaks, beach chairs, umbrellas etc that we conveniently stored on the property. Overall, we would return to this secluded gem in the future!!!!

The homeowner was very helpful and responsive and caring.
The home is bright, comfortable, clean, and well maintained.
The views of the Bay, from inside, outside, or upstairs - we're stunning and so enjoyable in every type of weather and all day long.
Lots of wildlife spotted, and fun to watch the creek ebb and flow with the tides - would definitely book this property again while in Eastham!

Michelle's Beach house was great. The house is located on a quiet road with amazing views of the marsh and the ocean in the distance.
The house was clean and well appointed with everything you need to enjoy your week. We especially enjoyed all of the comfortable outdoor spaces and the awning which provided relief from the sun.
We've already booked for next year.

We found the view to be breathtaking and enjoyed many hours transfixed by the view, both from inside the house and outside. The windows ran along the front of the house facing a tidal river, a very large marsh, and the bay. This was true of the upstairs bedrooms as well as the living and dining room. The house was very pleasant and tastefully decorated. The owner was lovely and didn't intrude but was quite helpful. She plans to renovate the kitchen for next year. We planned to come back this coming year, but due to health concerns, we cannot make it. We highly recommend this rental. show more show less

Such a welcoming, relaxing home! Beautiful views and property! We enjoyed the sunsets, the water, and the cape cod air. Can't wait to come back next year!

Thank you to Michelle for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home. The pictures simply do not justify how beautiful the views are. We enjoyed kayaking right out front during high tide. The upstairs bedrooms were spacious, airy and clean. We already booked for next year and cannot wait!

We spent hours on the decks-especially the large deck off the main living area. When it got too hot, we used the automatic awning and got a cold drink! Beautiful views from the 2 upstairs bedrooms-the placement of the windows allows for panoramic views of Sunken Meadow. Gorgeous!!

We had the pleasure of staying at this home for 1 week in July of 2020. This was the first time I have ever rented a house – in a pandemic no less!! The property was perfect for us because it was quiet and relaxing and the view is beautiful! It was better in every way than what we were expecting!

The location is fantastic. We like to leisurely bike on vacation and it is only a little over a mile to the rail trail. We also biked to the beach and the Wellfleet Audubon where we could walk the trails. The property was very clean and the owner had procedures to ensure the property was aired out and deep cleaned for the guests. All bedrooms were roomy and the two bedrooms upstairs give you an amazing morning view to wake up to. We would drink our coffee on the deck and just listen to the birds and enjoy the scenery. The owner has recently installed A/C units, which we didn't need to run with the summer breeze, but I was happy they were there in case. We cooked and grilled most meals at the house and I was very pleased that the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots, pans, etc. Sunsets and stargazing at night from the deck were incredible. The owner was very responsive to our questions and you can tell she takes great pride in this property. We will be back! show more show less
