Walk to Campground Beach! Renovated July '18 w/AC & heat

The owners of this property take excellent care of this modest (in size) house -- inside and outside. This year, 2023, was our fourth year to rent -- this speaks for itself. We're very happy here!
The house includes three bedrooms - one master and two smaller bedrooms designed to accommodate two sleepers each. There's one full bathroom (with washer and dryer) but the bonus of an outdoor shower is our favorite place to lather up and look at the trees and sky. The well-equipped kitchen is large and central in the design of the house. It's a easy place for everyone to gather and cook. Electric oven. No dishwasher - not missed. The breakfast nook (where we eat all our meals) is bright and comfy. The inviting living room looks out onto the porch. The later is fully equipped with picnic tables, benches, chaise lounges and a grill. There's also a good sized dining room (or office space for us). The house has effective A/C and fans as well as lots of light through the many windows. A quiet house with no neighbors nearby.
It's a very pleasant 10 minute walk to the bay. Plenty of chairs and beach umbrellas are available. We went back and forth multiple times a day.
The house is kept immaculately clean. Sufficient supplies provided by the owners and paid forward by previous guests.
We love our week spent at this house and look forward to being there in 2024!

We are 4 friends who have been spending a week in Eastham every summer for the last 12 years. Clearly we love the location and the cottage on Campground Rd had been great. We've stayed there for the past three years and have already booked our return for next summer. The house is very clean, well equipped and nicely decorated. Very comfortable for 4 adults. We enjoy sitting around the kitchen table after dinner and especially appreciate the proximity to the beach.

This is my third time staying at "Seaclusion" and it doesn't disappoint! The cottage was very clean, well-stocked for cooking my favorite meal and the beach is so close by. Paula and Charles are the most gracious hosts and answered every question that I had. Sam's Deli is open for a delicious cinnamon bun in the morning and fresh sandwiches for lunch. I saw wind-surfers over at First Encounter Beach which made my vacation special. There is a firepit in the yard, plenty for deck space and a wonderful HOT outdoor shower. Cottage is beautifully renovated and very clean. Perfect location to walk to Campground Beach and enjoy the sunset. We have enjoyed summer vacations in Eastham for many years but it was a real treat to stay here during the fall too.

We spent a long weekend over Columbus Day with our grown kids and had a Wonderful time. The beach was super close and the house was very clean and inviting. Living room furniture was comfortable and the WiFi and cable excellent. Love the outdoor shower option as well. I would Absolutely recommend this cottage The Cables Family

I love Cape Cod in the Fall and it was such a relaxing time to get away to Eastham, at the cottage called "SEAclusion." I ate at the local restaurants, did some shopping and had the whole cottage to myself. It was fabulous - neat, organized and close to the beach, where I had my morning coffee and cinnamon bun from Sam's Deli. Watched the flat-screen tv in the evening and "Alexa" kept me company listening to any song that I requested. I have been to this new yet coastal decorated cottage before and will certainly return again! Rates are reasonable and Charles & Paula are the sweetest people I have ever rented from in my 33 years of staying on Cape Cod. I highly recommend this cottage with it's well-appointed interior to a single person, a couple's get-away or even for a girls' reunion with its big yard, nice deck and the hottest outdoor shower I have ever been in. show more show less

We spent two weeks in Eastham in June this year at this cottage and had such a great time. There were four adults and two children - a four year old and a one year old. This cottage was roomy and comfortable for everyone. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Bathroom has laundry facilities and we really appreciated the bathtub and there is also a great outdoor shower. We really enjoyed the back yard which is all grass and lots of room for games. We had bar-b-ques on the large deck overlooking the yard and had lots of room when friends came to dinner. With only a 10 minute walk to Campground Beach we didn't drive there at all but used the cart supplied by the owners to transport all our beach supplies and we were able to walk easily. We had such a good time in Eastham and in this sweet cottage - the owners have done a great job making it comfortable and cozy. show more show less

We stayed at "Seaclusion" for our 43rd Anniversary and it was adorable. Everything is brand new and the decor is cheerful. We tried some area restaurants that were still open this time
of year; The Fairway, Local Break and Stewart's where we listened to The Grab Brothers play on Thursday night. I did some thrift-store shopping, we saw seals over at Coast Guard Beach and sipped our morning coffee in the warm sun porch before going out to see all the area beaches and shops. Seafood back at the cottage: fresh oysters and clams Ala Phil. At night we watched the flat screen TV.

Rates were reasonable and I highly recommend a couple taking a break and seeing the Cape when the roads are less crowded. Paula and Charles are the nicest people and very gracious hosts. This is definitely a cottage we will rent again! show more show less

Whether you are a couple seeking quality time together, a family looking for fun adventures locally, or a bunch of former college roommates gathering to celebrate many long wonderful years of friendship, this cottage will perfectly suit your needs. It is imaginatively and tastefully decorated with comfortable furniture (love the couches in the sunroom!) and cute nautical touches throughout. The beamed ceilings and wood floors add even more character to this fabulous cottage. It is way more spacious than the photos make it look and all the living spaces are very comfortable to move around in. The kitchen is amazing to cook in...roomy, well stocked and immaculately clean, offering a great place to cook up your best seaside recipes. Loved the deck off the back of the cottage and the beautiful new outdoor shower. The deck faces a spacious yard which affords nice privacy.

The owners/managers were wonderful to work with. Friendly, responsive and truly concerned that all our needs were met and even surpassed. I would highly recommend this cottage for anyone who is seeking a special Cape Cod vacation retreat. You will NOT be disappointed! show more show less
