Immaculate, Private Eastham Home Near Bay, Ocean & Bike Path
Eastham Vacation Rental - ID 32020

We rented this house in August of 2023 for our weeks vacation. It was my husband, two tween daughters, and myself. So close to our favorite Eastham beaches, both bay and ocean side. The outdoor shower made it so easy to all shower straight from the beach without filling the house with sand. There are AC units in the Deb room which is all we needed. At night there is such a great breeze and opening the windows cooled it all down. The washer and dryer helped with beach towels. Everything you could need and more. And I should note that it was SO clean when we got there and the host was wonderful to communicate with. Very accommodating! Would completely rent this house again. show more show less

This lovely home is a perfect quiet Cape getaway. Nestled in a cul-de-sac ideally situated to all conveniences. We parked our cars and biked pretty much everywhere! Easy access to seaside and bayside beaches.

I loved the private back deck to enjoy a cup of coffee or read a book. The recent addition of window a/c units were welcome in the first few hot nights but, let's be real - you come to the Cape to experience the weather just as it is!

We have been staying in Eastham and Wellfleet on and off for years, and this lovely house is our favorite. Some highlights: location on a quiet cul-de-sac; spacious deck (shaded in the afternoon); easy access between kitchen, deck, bathroom; large master bedroom with large closet; well-equipped and clean; and only a short bike ride to the bay, or a 15-minute bike ride to the ocean side. Criticisms: can't think of any; it's simply a wonderful house. Did I mention the deck? When not at the beach, I'll be relaxing on the deck. We have made many very happy memories here, and look forward to making more. show more show less

Sadly, we arrived on one of the worst, rainy days of the summer - and it stayed that way for a few days. Happily, we were in this big, comfortable house. It was spacious enough to house us and our children and not be all on top of each other. Once the sun came out, we were happy to spend as much time as possible on the great big deck. The house is on a quiet street and felt very private to us. Close (walking distance) to Cooks Brook Beach, which was really lovely.

I have rented Outer Cape House every year for the last 20 years. I found this property to be equipped with plenty of kitchen appliances and needs. The bedrooms and baths were set up perfectly for our needs. The neighbors next to us were also very kind and we had good conversation. The road is a cul de sac so there was not much traffic and we had a young child so this was a huge bonus.

The location is also perfect with the beach being fairly close. It is wonderful to have the deck outside but it would certainly be better if they had a gas grill. We did know ahead of time and brought a portable one.

The fact that there were no air conditioners was a reason I will not go back. The upstairs was stifling, however it was a heat wave and upwards towards 100° when we went. We went to the Christmas Tree shops and bought all the fans we could but it was very uncomfortable. show more show less
