This was our first time at this house and we could not have been more pleased! Location was great, short walk to the beach, nice walking around great pond, and we love the whole Eastham/Wellfleet area. We had everything we needed and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We absolutely love staying here! The house has everything you could need and more! The back deck and fire pit are perfect. It is the best location for the bay beaches - just a short walk. The Great Pond across the street is nice to bring the kids to. The set up of the house is great and everyone gets their own space. The house is very well kept and super clean.

This was our 2nd Summer staying here and our family had a great time both years! The private beach is short walk down the quiet street where we spent most of our time. During low tide, you can walk out pretty far and during high tide, you can enjoy the water and some small waves.
The owners are very responsive and helpful.
We loved the new deck, outdoor shower and fire pit! Overall great place to stay!

We have been going to this home since 1989.....that should suggest our continued interest and love for this place. We like the walk down the shady, sandy lane to the beach path and association beach and all those sandbars at low tide.....a great beach for families and small kiddos. The ocean side beaches are comfortably close by bike as well. We like the convenience of the superette.....I often cut through Wiley Park to walk up to the superette to get a morning newspaper. We like being close to Orleans and a number of our favorite restaurants there and in Wellfleet. We like going up to the vineyard and Savory/Sweet Escape in Truro. We are impressed with the recent updates of the large extended deck, new outdoor shower and fire pit by the owners. We look forward to many more summers there with our granddaughters.

We've enjoyed staying at this very comfortable, spacious and quiet house several times now. It has many of the amenities that make a vacation home relaxing. The recently redesigned private backyard and deck are lovely.

The owners ensure that it is always very clean and well-stocked. They are very easy to work with.

We appreciate the great location - short walks to the quiet bayside beach and lovely sunsets. It's only a few minutes' drive to Coast Guard Beach and several good restaurants. Being midway between Chatham and Provincetown provides easy access to more dining and shopping options.

Our family had a fabulous two weeks vacation in August. The house is in a great location in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to the bay beach or spend a windy day at nearby Wiley Pond. The house is comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, clean, and spacious. A bonus room downstairs was a great place for kids to chill after the beach, play video games or watch a movie. The kitchen has everything you need. Bluetooth speaker to listen to music has great sound.

The homeowners are easy to get hold of if needed. Truly a great family vacation home.

We have stayed at this rental twice now and both times it has been a great experience! The house is a short walk to a private beach down a rarely trafficked dirt road. The house is equipped with all the amenities you might need (appliances, beach equipment, smart TVs, games, AC etc).

The yard is beautifully landscaped and well maintained. Minutes away from Arnold's and the Eastham Superette by car, and easy access to the bike path! We cannot wait to rent here again!

This is a very nice house on a quiet side street in Eastham. The house is a perfect size for up to 6 guests, and the outdoor areas, deck, and sunroom were very nice. Even on cooler days, the sunroom stayed nice and warm when the sun was out. The living room furniture was comfortable, as were the beds. The owners left detailed instructions about using the house, and labelled all the light switches.

The house is easy walking distance to the private bay-side beach and to Great Pond (as well as 2 other ponds). There are walking paths along the ponds. Closest ocean side beaches are Coast Guard Beach and probably Nauset Beach. There are many restaurant choices in Eastham, Orleans, and Wellfleet. We tried a new breakfast/brunch cafe in Orleans called "Toast on the Coast" which was very good. Mahoney's was a local restaurant that we enjoyed for dinner.

If you have time, walk down to the bay right before sunset - it is usually beautiful!

The house was well equipped and spacious. We felt at home as soon as we walked in. Loved the room darkening shades in the master suite and twin room. Loved the deck and table/umbrella. Loved the porch. The house was located close to town and within walking distance to private beach. The homeowners were very responsive and provided excellent documentation (check in paperwork and labels in the house (which switch was for what light/fan). Very helpful).

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The layout was just right for our family. We liked the openness of it and how comfortable it was. My husband enjoyed using the deck whenever he could. The bonus was having the beach access, which allowed many nights of beautiful sunsets. Having access to the pond was another plus. The location was great, close to all the places we like to go. We will be back again.

We had a fantastic week at this property in Eastham. The house is spacious and comfortable and the property is very private. The screened-in porch and large deck are great for relaxing and eating outside. A beautiful bayside beach is only a five-minute walk down a quiet side road. The owners were also extremely responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

We loved our time here! Not only is the house extremely spacious and comfortable, but it is so close to everything! We loved that the bayside beach feels just steps away and it is so beautiful. Great Pond being across the street was nice for a change of pace. It was only a few minutes in the car to get to the ocean and we loved running and biking on the bike path. The owners were so easy to deal with and extremely accommodating. This house comes with every amenity you could want or need and was so clean. I hope to make this house an annual destination. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a perfect spot on the Cape.

We loved staying at this property! Everything we needed was at our fingertips. There was more than enough room for our family of four. My favorite part of this house was the screened in back porch. It was the perfect place to escape with a book and a cup of coffee. Such a tranquil setting. We enjoyed family time in the open downstairs. It's a great space for entertaining. We also loved the close proximity to everything. Be sure to catch the sunset on the beach which is just a short walk from the house. Absolutely gorgeous! We can't wait to go back and explore some more. So much to do and see!
