We have recently remodeled this beautiful 4 bedroom home, which is less than 1/4 mile from multiple bay area beaches. The home includes a kitchen with island and dining room table on an open floor plan. Living room as well as a quiet back screened in porch. There are three bedrooms upstairs including a master bedroom with a private porch overlooking the area, as well as one bedroom in the remodeled basement and a bonus TV room in the basement. The home has two full bathrooms.

All towels, linens and kitchen supplies are included, as well as washer and dryer. There is also a large front deck to enjoy the evenings and an out-door shower.

The house is perfectly located on a private road and is a short 5 minute walk to multiple access points to Campground Beach on the bay side with warm water and plenty of places for kids to enjoy. There is a lake 1 mile from the home as well in Wiley park. Lastly, Nauset Beach is less than 2 miles away.

Downtown Eastham is 1 mile from the home with all the restaurants, mini golf, stores you will need as well as a local gym, and Orleans is 15 minutes away where you'll find additional restaurants and other things to do.

We do not currently allow pets for our rentals.

    Easygoing Rental

    We really lucked out when this home had a cancellation for the last week in August. Our family of 6 adults and 2 children found this rental to be very comfortable and accommodating. Diane was great to work with and communication with her was easy and prompt. The home was clean, comfortable, and as advertised. We're hoping to return again next summer!

    Great Memories were made!

    Diane's home is beautiful! Beds were very comfortable and the screened porch was our favorite coffee spot. The walking location to the beach was amazingly close and we made many trips through the bike trails. We hit a few bumps with minor things but Diane responded quickly. The home is very cozy and great for a family or just a couple. We very much look forward to another stay!

    Amazing Eastham Rental

    We absolutely loved our stay here. The owner was so friendly and accommodating. The house is comfortable, spacious, and outdoor shower is great. We spent a lot of time on the lovely back screen porch, morning coffee and evening card games. Loved seeing the neighborhood bunnies.

    Family Fun In The Cape

    The house exceeded our expectations. The home offers a quiet retreat nestled in mature trees and beautiful gardens. Inside it is updated from top to bottom and provides all the basics a family needs. With many family pictures throughout it offers a comfortable home atmosphere. Enjoyed morning coffee and evening family gatherings in the screened in porch. Missing our dog, it was great to have the family dog Maggie plop down by our feet when sitting on the deck and offering her ball to play fetch. Want to thank the family for being available to answer questions and offer help when needed. Truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. show more show less

    Wonderful Cape Home

    This house is a beautiful Cape Cod home! My family felt at home as soon as we walked in! We loved family pictures and thoughtful decor. We spent much time enjoying the sunny deck after the beach as well as the quiet screen room at night and in the morning! This house has everything you need and more. We will definitely be returning to this house next summer!
