We loved our stay at this rental. The house was clean and the rooms were spacious. My parents had privacy in the main bedroom downstairs and the kids and my husband and I had the upstairs. The kitchen had everything we needed and more. The location is a short walk to the beach and in a very quiet neighborhood. We can't wait to go back next summer.

We had not been to the Cape in many years as a family. We rented this home and we were so happy. The home was airy, clean and welcoming. It is located in a quiet neighborhood with a nice yard. The backyard was equipped with a deck, outdoor shower, grill, picnic table, and even a wooden swing! It was wonderful when we did cook-outs. It is close to the ocean, beaches and stores. All of our favorite places were within a 5 to 10 minute drive. We would absolutely recommend this home for anyone's next trip to the Cape! show more show less

We were so excited to complete our 2nd year staying at this wonderful home. It's tucked away, quiet and serene, yet close to all we need - beaches, bike trails, beautiful walks and restaurants.

We love the set up. Our teenage kids have their own space upstairs in a spacious bedroom. Our in-laws have their own room and then the spacious master downstairs. We will definitely be booking for next year!

We were all incredibly happy with this property and that's something that hasn't really happened in the past!

The house has modern amenities, was super clean and the owner was incredibly quick to help solve any issues.

The neighborhood the house is located in is very quiet and peaceful. Great spot to take an after dinner stroll. The proximity to Route 6 was great and allowed for easy travel north and south. Also being within a mile to Cooks Brook was very nice so we could walk there for sunset. show more show less

Our multi-generational family (grandparents, my family and my sister's family have been vacationing together in Eastham for the last 20 years. The house we always rented had been sold the previous year so we had to find another and this house worked out great. We spent a lot of time on back deck bbq'ing and hanging out playing cards or board games. The cousins loved the upstairs room with multiple beds, couch and TV while adults watched basketball games on the downstairs tv. The house was really very clean, uncluttered and newly renovated - very nice. We had a hot week and the AC units were awesome. Plenty of room for all. For the past few years, my family of 4 and my friend's family of 5 have taken a family vacation together in Cape Cod. With five kids under age nine this house worked out great. Loved the large yard for lawn games and we BBQ'd on the deck almost every night. Kids loved the the quiet street so they could ride their bikes and they especially loved the upstairs room with couch and TV. All the rooms were huge very clean, individual AC controls in each room, tastefully decorated without being cluttered. New appliances in the kitchen and plenty of space for us to put our food in the pantry. We would definitely return in the future and recommend this house! show more show less
