Great neighborhood! Just a short walk to the Cape Cod Bike Trail and less than a mile to First Encounter Beach. A large garage for storing beach toys and bikes as well as a game room with ping pong, air hockey, foosball, etc. complete the vacation experience. Guests provide their own linens.

This is a Sunday to Sunday rental which means less traffic coming and going!

    Great location

    We had a great time in Paul's house. Our grandkids loved the game room. The proximity and easy access to the bike trail was a huge plus for us. House was clean and Paul was quick to respond to any of our questions.

    Great house in quiet neighborhood

    We had a wonder week at your comfortable and immaculate house. The Master Suite was perfect for the grandparents! The house is nicely decorated and provided many extras: a fully equipped kitchen, board games, a very popular "game room" with ping pong, air hockey, and an extra refrigerator, large deck with table and chairs that can seat 10, a fire pit, outdoor games and more. Owner quick to answer any questions. Highly recommend.

    I've owned this property since 2016 and use it as often as I can when it's not rented.

    What is special about this property?
    I have rented on the cape for over 20 years in Eastham and have filled this home with everything that you would need as renters. The back yard and game room are great for kids and adults alike.

    What is special about your town?
    Great restaurants, bay and ocean beaches and quiet evenings, beautiful sunsets. It's convenient to Provincetown as well as Hyannis.
